His Bachelor of Visual Arts Honours degree focused on the uses of augmented reality in art education. With his master’s degree, he focused on gamifying Higher Education learning materials. His current role as an instructional designer at UKZN allows him to Develop, evaluate and design curriculum, methods, teaching, and assessment techniques for face-to-face and blended instruction. Provide support for developing, feedback, and revising materials in compliance with quality standards using the latest web tools.
In 2021 he was awarded a certificate of appreciation by UKZN for distinguished contribution to the success of blended learning in the 2020 academic year during the COVID19 pandemic.edit
