Es decir, es la materialización de la solución del conflicto por parte del Poder Judicial y que debe ser cumplida por las partes que en dicha decisión se encuentren y por todos aquellos que estén involucrados, con carácter coercitivo y de obligatorio cumplimiento. Jurisdicción La jurisdicción no es mas que la potestad que tiene el poder judicial a través de sus órganos u entes, de administrar justicia; que en el caso venezolano dicha actuación debe ser enmarcada en una justicia real y expedita, sin dilaciones indebidas ni formalismos inútiles a través de la tutela judicial efectiva que debe ser garantizada por dicho Poder. El Estado garantizará una justicia gratuita, accesible, imparcial, idónea, transparente, autónoma, independiente, responsable, equitativa y expedita, sin dilaciones indebidas, sin formalismos o reposiciones inútiles. Competencia En el Derecho Procesal, la competencia es la medida de la jurisdicción que ejerce un juez de acuerdo a la materia, la cuantía y el territorio, y también, a los criterios de desplazamiento de competencia. De allí que se afirme que la competencia es la aptitud de los jueces para conocer del caso concreto; ya que se hace indispensable dividir las áreas de su conocimiento, para mayor eficacia y celeridad en las decisiones. Proceso Algunos doctrinarios afirman que el proceso judicial es una secuencia de actos organizados temporalmente que tiende a obtener un fin que es justamente la solución de un conflicto de intereses entre partes mediante la decisión del juez. Con razón, señala Couture, que una característica esencial del proceso es su fin, es decir, la decisión mediante un fallo que adquiere autoridad de cosa juzgada.
