Nelia Del Bianco
Jornalista, professora associada da Faculdade de Comunicação da Universidade de Brasília (UnB) aposentada (2016). Doutora em Comunicação pela ECA-USP (2004) com estágio de pós-doutorado na Universidade de Sevilha (2009), mestre em Comunicação pela UnB (1991) e especialista em Educação à Distancia pelo Senac DF (2006). Atua no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Comunicação da UnB, na linha de pesquisa Poder e Processos Comunicacionais e no Programa de Pós-Graduação da Universidade Federal de Goiás, na linha de pesquisa Mídia e Cidadania. Foi professora Visitante do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Comunicação da Universidade de Ouro Preto (2020-2022). É membro da Rede de Radiojornalismo da SBPJor, do GP de Rádio e Mídia Sonora da Intercom, do Grupo de pesquisa Geografias da Comunicação e integra a rede de pesquisadores Worlds of Journalism Study (2021-2022). Foi vice presidente da Federação Brasileira das Associações Científicas e Acadêmicas de Comunicação ( 2008-2020). Integrou a diretoria da Sociedade Brasileira de Estudos Interdisciplinares da Comunicação - Intercom - como vice-presidente (2008-2011) e diretora de documentação (2011-2014). Coordenou o GT Rádio da Intercom (1995 -2000). Por essa atuação, o GT Rádio recebeu o Prêmio Luiz Beltrão de Ciências da Comunicação de 2000 na categoria grupo inovador. Em 2009 recebeu o Premio Luiz Beltrão na categoria Liderança Emergente. Estuda o ecossistema da comunicação audiovisual com destaque para transformações tecnológicas na radiodifusão e no jornalismo, radiodifusão pública, infraestrutura de comunicação audiovisual e telecomunicações, políticas de comunicação, comunicação pública e desinformação no âmbito da saúde pública. Publicou dezenas de artigos em periódicos científicos nacionais e internacionais e capítulos de livros sobre a condição do rádio na sociedade contemporânea, análises sobre o impacto das tecnológicas digitais de informação na configuração de conteúdos no jornalismo e meios audiovisuais além de estudos sobre políticas pública de comunicação. É co-fundadora do Observatório da Radiodifusão Pública na América Latina (2011). Há mais de 25 anos atua como consultora na área de rádio e educação, além de ter experiência em produção de programas radiofônicos educativos para instituições públicas e não governamentais, criação de radioweb, gestão de projetos de comunicação e de grupos de pesquisa.

She is a visiting professor at the Graduate Program in Communication at the University of Ouro Preto (2020-2022). She is a member of the Radio Journalism Network of SBPJor, the GP of Radio and Sound Media of Intercom, the research group Geographies of Communication, and is part of the research network Worlds of Journalism Study (2021-2023). He was vice-president of the Brazilian Federation of Scientific and Academic Communication Associations (2008-2020). She integrated the board of the Brazilian Society of Interdisciplinary Studies of Communication - Intercom - as vice-president (2008-2011) and documentation director (2011-2014). She coordinated the Radio GP at Intercom (1995-2000). For this performance, the Radio GP received the Luiz Beltrão Award of Communication Sciences in 2000 in the category innovative group. In 2009 he received the Luiz Beltrão Award in the Emerging Leadership category. He studies the audiovisual communication ecosystem with emphasis on technological transformations in broadcasting and journalism, public broadcasting, audiovisual communication infrastructure and telecommunications, communication policies, public communication, and disinformation in public health. She has published dozens of articles in national and international scientific journals and book chapters on the condition of radio in contemporary society, analyses of the impact of digital information technologies on the configuration of content in journalism and audiovisual media, and studies on public communication policies. She is co-founder of the Observatory of Public Broadcasting in Latin America (2011). For over 25 years she has worked as a consultant in the area of radio and education, and has experience in the production of educational radio programs for public and non-governmental institutions, creation of radioweb, management of communication projects and research groups.
