Pedro Uetela
I'm a Research Fellow at the University of Ghana, Institute of African Studies and Humanities funded by the Andrew Mellon Foundation-USA. Previous to this award I pursued a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship in Comparative Higher Education Policy and Innovation Studies with the IPSS-The Institute for Post School Studies, University of Western Cape in partnership with Eduardo Mondlane University-Mozambique and The Royal Institute of Technology-Sweden funded by the Swedish International and Development Authority-SIDA. My PhD was in Social Sciences (with expertise in Sociology) by the Paulist State University-SP-Brazil (2018) and was supervised by Professor Dagoberto José Fonseca. I also hold two Masters degrees (i) in Education Management and Leadership-2012, by the University of Sydney-Australia with the funds of Australian Government AUSAID and in (ii) Higher Education Studies and Development-2014 through the Quota Scheme exchange MA programme between the Universities of Oslo in Norway and Eduardo Mondlane of Mozambique-Funded by the Norwagian Government. Between 2004-2007 I did BA in Philosophy and Religious Sciences at St. Bonaventure College (affiliate of potificia antonianum universitas), which was finalized at the Pedagogical University-Maputo in 2008. no país. O olhar se incide sobre perspectivas sociológicas de conflito e aplica o método
interpretativo na discussão e construção de dados. O trabalho está organizado em duas partes.
Numa primeira fase buscamos mapear e descrever a popularização do pensamento habermasiano
da ação comunicativa para em seguida mensurar a aplicação da teoria do autor na reflexão sobre a
educação em Moçambique.
