This study discusses Islamic perspectives on Leadership, Good Governance, Democratic System of Electioneering vis-à-vis the role of Muslims in participating in the forthcoming general elections in Nigeria. The study aims at examining all the aforementioned concepts in relation to their definitions from the Kitaab, Sunnah and other Scholars’ viewpoints. The Essential Elements/Operational Principles of Governance, the Roles of a Dynamic Leader in Strategic Communication, together with the Islamic stand on why Security is regarded as a major duty of every good leader and the Fundamental Rules of Strategic Communication in Governance were all extensively discussed. The study discovered the indispensable role of Islamic type of governance should it be employed to the advantages of the citizens. The study finally concludes and recommends some practical key-points to be adopted by the leaders of every given society, for a sustainable development.

This topic is all about Financial Literacy in Islam, which is basically categorized under Fiqhu’l-Mu‘aamalaat. The paper has the goal of examining the Islamic approach towards the effective usage of Digital Platforms for Financial Growth, which is otherwise known as; Online Transactions, in relation to its positive impacts and negative effects on the Muslims’ Social Welfare. As a means of pulling the Muslims out of Poverty, the study serves as an eye-opener for the whole Ummah (worldwide) on how to blend with the modern trend and go digital in marketing their Halaal stuff. The paper however, outlined the Concept of Business in Islam, together with the General Overview of Digital Platforms on Online Transactions according to Islam. It further examines the legality of Online Transactions in Islam vis-à-vis the Islamic Financial Windows / Products, the Islamic Financial Institutions / Sectors, and other Online Transactions that Islam seriously has reservation for. The paper finally concludes and recommended some key-points to be adopted if truly, we want to be making cool but, healthy money through the Internet and if really, we never want to remain poor for the eternity.

IKHTILAAF which means; difference of opinions among people and diversity of views among the experts of Islamic Law, is widely recognized today as a special science/literature. Since the era of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to the beginning of the development of Fiqhu, 'Ikhtilaaf amongst the Sahaabah (Companions), Fuqahaa'u (Jurists) and 'A'immah (Religious leaders) did not only existed, but was also welcomed and respected by all. In Islam,'Adabu'l-'Ikhtilaaf(Literature of Disagreements) is one of the most frequently discussed Subjects for law reforms under 'Ijtihaad even, in the modern context. Though, it is impossible to analyze the whole doctrines of 'Ikhtilaaf in this short space. But however, this paper exceptionally aims at underscoring the Ethics of 'Ikhtilaafu'l-Fuqahaa'u as a rich source and juristic tool for understanding and reinterpreting the Islamic Laws in today's globalized world in which differences are increasingly valued. The study critically examines the genesis and kinds of 'Ikhtilaaf in 'Islaam, vis-à-vis the Madhaahibu'l-Fiqhiyyah, their differences, various submissions on the concept of 'Ikhtilaaf and the approved methods of solving disagreements among people in the light of Shari'ah. The paper finally proffered and recommended some key-points to be strictly adopted when embarking on religious debates and critiques or, having an interpersonal issues and differences...
