Paola Mura
Architect, PhD in Architecture in "Museum Studies", she graduated in Florence in 1992 with Adolfo Natalini and then perfected at the Milan Polytechnic in Landscape Architecture and at the Doctorate School at University of Cagliari. She has dedicated herself to design, research and teaching activities, on the themes of contemporary museum architecture, cultural heritage and historical landscapes. She achieved a Specialist Master Degree in Conservation and Management of Contemporary Art at the Ministry of Culture's "Opificio delle Pietre Dure", Florence. From 2017 to 2020 at the Direction of the Civic Museums of Cagliari, she oversaw the exhibits of the permanent collections in "Collections of a short century, our Twentieth Century" (2017), devoting particular attention to the contemporary collection of Italian art of the 60s and 70, shown in total in ''68. Materials for a progressive museum "(2018). She has also curated the exhibitions "Opera Sola: Amedeo Modigliani" (2018) and "Opera Sola: Maria Lai" (2019), and co-curated "Landscape and Identity: The Great Photographers of the Magnum in Sardinia" (2017), with Ilisso editore, and "Arte Povera from the Olnick Spanu Collection and Marco Anelli Building Magazzino" (2019) with Magazzino Italian Art.
She coordinated the implementation of virtual tours and the digitalization of the Siamese Collection for the Civic Museum of Cagliari.
In 2021 she completed the restoration work of the architecture and sculptures in Monumental Cemetery of Bonaria in Cagliari.
From 2020 until 2022 she has been a collaborator of the Ministry of culture, DG Architecture, Arts and Landscape and DG Museum, working on the conservation and enhancement of the main museums and historical sites in the Sardinia Region.
Since January 2022 she has been Consultant Expert on Cultural Heritage for the PNRR activities for the Sardinia Region, after a national selection by the Dipartimento della Funzione Pubblica. She continues her activity as curator for public and private institutions

Sono indagate alcune fra le più significative residenze private, integrate nel paesaggio della Gallura.
