The tourist imaginary, together with the textual typologies that support it, have been a fundamental intertext that, in the first place, has forged in the literary work of Julio Cortázar an idiosyncratic ‘poetic of the gaze’ that translates the search of the genius loci of the cities that this writer visited between the years 1950-1954, in his cultural trips to Italy, following the tradition of the travel of great writers, from the Grand Tour, to this country. Secondly, his rejection or attribution of new meanings to certain forms of tourist discourse, traceables in his writings led him to value in his work an ‘aesthetic’ time, as opposed to the time of tourist consumption of the cities or sites of artistic interest he visited. in Italy. In this paper we will stop, therefore, to analyze from a semiotic perspective, some of the most significant intertextualization procedures of this imaginary in those texts related to the trips made by the Argentine writer in Italy in the mentioned period.

This volume presents the modulations, also transversal, that translation lato sensu determines in the practices and points of view involved in the enunciation of the arts. From a typological vastness of information derives the extreme urgency to reflect on the tools that can allow the observation, description and analytical explanation of the systems of meaning production that today affect the world of the arts with its declinations in other disciplines or artistic fields. The essays in this volume focus on one or the other type of translation: inter-semiotic translation or "adaptation" (as Umberto Eco wrote in Dire quasi la stessa cosa), the translation relations between literature, painting, cinema, then the literary, linguistic-ideographic, rhetorical and museum fields. Reflection on translation practices cannot fail to address instances of artistic enunciation. The essays collected in this volume aim to show the openness of the question, trying not to disperse its original problematic veins.

The first chapters of this volume consist of a solid theoretical research on the incidence of the bilingual and multilingual condition in the literary creation of numerous writers in the field of world literature. On the basis of this exhaustive approach, the second part of the book proposes to approach the fantastic narratives of the famous Argentinean writers Jorge Luis Borges and Julio Cortázar, through the signs of multilingualism and translation. According to the proposed approach, the notion of the fantastic is born in an idiomatic difference, in the folding of two or more semioticisations of the real, given by the Rio de la Plata Spanish and the European languages that both writers knew. Borges and Cortázar lived in a concrete condition of bilingualism that stamped their literary works with a specific rhetoric. The daily dialogue between their different languages articulated, according to each writer's experience, some of the classic narrative procedures that characterised Argentinean fantastic literature.

Abstract
This article aims to investigate in the play, testament of an era, La razón blindada (2006) by the Argentine playwright Arístides Vargas (2006) the sensory and perceptive transfiguration of a body placed in a specific military-prison setting, resulting from imagery which has built a premeditated system of objects and artefacts. It is about bodies going through different phases or different states which document, from an interoceptive point of view, the deterioration of the bodies of political prisoners in the maximum-security prison in Rawson, Argentina, during the military dictatorship of 1976-1983. The central point of this text is the metaphorized body; testimony of the traumatic semiotic-perceptive process that the characters, two prisoners, will cunningly translate into rhetorical and linguistic devices in order to survive, momentarily, in the intangible land of imagination and verbal creativity.
The methodological approach is based both on semiotic studies (Greimas; Courtés, 1979; Fontanille, 1993) as well as on philosophical and anthropological observations (Merleau-Ponty, 1945) (Le Breton, 1999; Nancy, 1992), which deal with the human body with different approaches and perceptive semiosis.

- discorso politico nei vecchi e nuovi mass media (TV; radio; giornali; twitter; facebook; youtube, etc.);
- discorso politico nelle arti figurative, nella letteratura, nel cinema e nel teatro alla luce del nuovo millennio;
- immaginari e intertesti culturali nella comunicazione politica del mondo globale;
- retorica: “luoghi” e figure dell’argomentazione politica contemporanea;
- terrori, passioni ed effetti pragmatici della comunicazione politica;
- storytelling e framing nelle narrazioni politiche;
- traducibilità/intraducibilità dei discorsi politici;
1960) a ‘counter-geography’ is formed of his country and his city, San Juan de
Puerto Rico, which, having been colonized by the United States, has become an
urban mirror of North American cities. As the observer-narrator moves through
its streets, writing, drawing, taking photographs, freeing it from its status as a
tourist image, the city gains depth and solidity, and through an iconotextual
mix of forms of identity becomes a complex image showing the marks and scars
of the true San Juan: its genius loci.
