The visitor center project is located in the area of Semmering, Austria, next to one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The design themes orient us toward a vintage imagery that relates the landscape to the building, which integrates well with the mountain scenery of the Viennese Alps. Thus, the building is developed according to linear and simple elements, non-invasive for the territory and with eco-sustainable materials (stone and wood), with the possibility of adding or subtracting elements of the system as needed, easily disassembled and transportable, in balance with the landscape aspect. Its function and form is that of a perspective telescope on nature, framing views of the landscape and integrating seamlessly with the land. The building is presented as an extension of the Grand Panhans Hotel on the valley, adding a history to the existing one in Semmering and preserving the emblematic features of the place.
