Smart contracts are the piece of software that have written rules to be executed automatically to update the state of the block chain in a systematic way. One of the main use of Smart contract is in Supply Chain management. Supply Chain management deals with lot of legal contracts at a time. Contracts are agreements between two or more parties that define the duties and obligations for execution of any kind of activities. In this research, we are trying to automate the supply chain related contracts by identifying the important entities such as contract type, start date, end date etc., by using Natural Language Processing methods, then convert the contract to smart contract. This provides an efficient template for creation of smart contracts from natural language contracts and thereby offer best smart contract template for a given type of contract in Supply Chain.

The higher education sector is consistently being challenged by the fast evolving industry and hence it is under constant pressure to fulfill the industry's ever-changing needs. It needs to adapt its academic curricula to supply the industry with students who have update-to-date and relevant competencies. Nevertheless, the gap still exists between what education curricula offer and the skills that are actually needed by the industry. Therefore, it is crucial to find an efficient solution to bridge the gap between the two worlds. These factors are found by successful implementation of strategy through business process. Extending operational excellence to management excellence is the strategic imperative for organizations of all sizes, in every market around the world. The goal is clear; however, in most organizations, the path for getting there is less so. This paper illustrates how business processes are integral to delivering business strategy. It also examines the way organizations can analyse the performance of their existing processes and suggests some ways in which they can look to improve that performance because business competitive edge and success comes from the organisation's ability to continuously improve its operations and processes. It discusses on the Process Renewal Group Business Process Management Framework. In addition, it provides a deeper look into two main phases, such as Understanding the Enterprise and Architect and Alignment of Business processes, which are the fundamental building blocks for the success of modern enterprise. We conclude that alignment of organisation's business processes with strategy and stakeholder expectations is also highly important.

This method simplifies the creation steps (curves are not defined with the help of control points), and the manipulation steps (using including boxes).This study constitutes an extension to our descriptive universal language, named “G”, which is used in a general desig n environment, permitting the integration of various models (solids1, polyhedrons2, surfaces3 and fractals), in order to offer the adequate tools adapted to the problems to be solved, in a unique modeller.
