In this context, this paper presents a new decision support model to assess organizational disaster preparedness using both subjective and objective disaster preparedness criteria in a multi-criteria decision-making context. Design/methodology/approach-The statistical variance method is integrated with the proximity value index (PVI) technique to determine priority scores in order to rank organizational disaster readiness. Findings-The results of applying the integrated model developed herein enable decision-makers to make informed decisions for assigning priority ranking of organizational disaster preparedness in a simpler and more efficient way. Research limitations/implications-Human resource is the most impacting criterion affecting hospital preparedness in undertaking action to cure disaster victims. Practical implications-This paper offers an exemplar of a simple and efficient decision-making process considering the subjectivity associated with decision-making as well as the objectivity of data used for determining the priority ranking of organizational disaster preparedness. Originality/value-Integrating statistical variance method with the PVI technique is novel and it has not been presented in previous studies. In fact, this study is the first to integrate both methods for selecting the priority ranking of organizational disaster preparedness.
Abstract— The mangrove forests in North Sulawesi, Indonesia, have high biodiversity and provide a... more Abstract— The mangrove forests in North Sulawesi, Indonesia, have high biodiversity and provide a variety of vital benefits to coastal ecosystems. However, the level of awareness and care of the mangrove forest by the local community is still low. The research aims to promote the conservation and tourism of mangrove forests through the development of information websites while integrating the latest research results on mangroves from various scientific sources. The research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method for website development and the survey method for gathering data on public perceptions of mangrove forests. Data analysis is done using content analysis techniques to gather information from 10 scientific journals related to mangroves. The research also combines field studies to map the location and conditions of mangrove forests in North Sulawesi. The results of the research show that there is increased public awareness of the benefits of mangrove forests after accessing information from the developed websites. The findings from several related journals, such as the diversity of mangrove species in Bunaken National Park and the economic valuation of the Lansa mangrove forest, provide scientific data that supports the content of the website. The research has successfully identified 30 mangrove tourist sites in North Sulawesi with high tourism and educational potential. Integration between website development and research results from various sources suggests that effective dissemination of information can increase public awareness and participation in mangrove conservation. Related research, such as the study of mangrove management models towards zero net emissions and vulnerability analysis of mangrove degradation, provides important insights for sustainable mangrove governance. The study suggests the importance of cooperation among stakeholders to promote conservation-based tourism in an effort to preserve the mangrove forest in North Sulawesi. The development of a mangrove forest tourist information website in North Sulawesi, supported by scientific data from various research projects, is an important step towards raising public awareness and conserving mangroves. Integration between information technology and mangrove research can facilitate sustainable management of mangrove ecosystems as well as promote education and ecotourism.
Electronic Voting or what is abbreviated as E-voting is a voting system in an online election pro... more Electronic Voting or what is abbreviated as E-voting is a voting system in an online election process. An e-voting system is very necessary to make it easier to carry out online elections such as the election of student council chairman, sub-district head election, student president election, etc. The problems that will be studied in the e-voting system are how to create a secure web-based e-voting, as well as how to control e-voting system to prevent double voting and fraud by administrators or unauthorized parties. Usually the person voting must enter a password first so that other people cannot vote using that person's rights. By applying Luc algorithm to e-voting, it is hoped that the authentication data stored in the encrypted database cannot be read directly by system administrators or unauthorized parties. Based on testing with Avalanche Effect, text lengths ranging from 8 to 16 have an Avalanche Effect value above 50%. Meanwhile, text lengths from 17 to 35 have an Avalanche Effect below 25%. So it can be concluded that the use of the Luc algorithm can be applied to text lengths of around 8 to 16 with a better level of security based on the Avalanche Effect value obtained.

To address these issues, this community service program aimed to enhance the capacity and competitiveness of MSMEs through intensive training in NIB registration, digital marketing using Google Business, and graphic design with Canva. The program successfully increased participants' understanding and skills, with 67.5% completing all training modules. MSMEs improved business legality through NIB registration, enhanced online visibility via Google Business, and created more appealing promotional materials. Ongoing mentoring contributed to increased sales and overall business performance. This program significantly addressed APIK MSME challenges and stimulated local economic growth.

Dalam konteks ini, analisis sentimen dapat digunakan untuk memahami sikap dan pandangan pengguna terhadap mobil listrik. Namun, meskipun industri mobil listrik di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, masih ada sejumlah masalah yang perlu diatasi, seperti infrastruktur pengisian daya yang belum memadai, harga yang masih relatif tinggi, dan kesadaran masyarakat yang perlu ditingkatkan terkait manfaat lingkungan. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa teknik machine learning, seperti Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest, dan NaĂ¯ve Bayes telah berhasil dalam menganalisis sentimen dari data Twitter terkait topik tertentu. Dalam penelitian ini, dapat diuji dan dibandingkan ketiga algoritma machine learning tersebut dalam menganalisis sentimen pengguna Twitter terhadap mobil listrik di Indonesia. Pada penelitian sudah digunakan data dari Twitter/X untuk melakukan analisis sentimen dengan memanfaatkan metrik evaluasi seperti akurasi, presisi, dan recall. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi performa relatif dari SVM, Random Forest, dan NaĂ¯ve Bayes dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen pengguna Twitter terhadap mobil listrik. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari media sosial Twitter/X dengan jumlah data yang dijadikan bahan penelitian berjumlah 1518 data dengan rincian 870 data dengan label negatif, 143 untuk label netral, dan 502 untuk label positif. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa Nilai akurasi tertinggi didapatkan oleh algoritma Support Vector Machine sebesar 75,62%, Nilai presisi tertinggi didapatkan oleh algoritma NaĂ¯ve Bayes sebesar 81,29% dan nilai recall tertinggi adalah algoritma Support Vector Machine dengan nilai 53,88%. Dari pengujian ini algoritma terbaik yaitu algoritma Support Vector Machine.
Academic and non-academic activities within the University can run well and smoothly if there is ... more Academic and non-academic activities within the University can run well and smoothly if there is a commitment from the entire academic community to behave and act in accordance with their respective rights and obligations in order to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the University. To achieve this, a student code of ethics is needed as a standard of basic behavior for students to behave and act. The Code of Ethics for Students at Sam Ratulangi University is regulated in the Chancellor's Regulation Number 06 of 2015. Socialization of the Student Code of Ethics is considered less than optimal considering that there are still many reports of student behavior that are not in accordance with the code of ethics, such as being late for lectures, impolite behavior when contacting lecturers, smoking in campus area and blaspheming lecturers in closed groups on social media. This ineffectiveness is related to the presentation of the regulation which is only packaged in PDF form which is less attractive to students. From this problem, the author makes a method of socializing the student code of ethics, in the form of an android-based application, which is developed by applying method of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). With the application of an Android-based code of ethics, it is expected that it will be more effective and attractive to students.

The objective of this service activity is to assist MSME players in enhancing their skills and knowledge regarding business digitalization. The methods utilized in this service activity include training sessions and post-training mentoring. Training is conducted through discussion sessions with instructors and assistance in integrating businesses into the digital realm. The results of this service activity indicate that 50 participants from MSMEs have successfully improved their skills and knowledge regarding business digitalization, such as registering their business legality with the Business Identification Number (BIN), creating a Google Business Profile, and creating digital promotional photos or videos using Canva. The majority of partners have successfully completed the training program and have shown significant progress in transitioning their businesses into the digital world.

Sehingga dalam melakukan pencarian data jemaat sangat bergantung pada kriteria yang ada pada data jemaat. Sehingga diperlukan pendekatan atau metode pencarian untuk diimplementasikan pada pencarian data jemaat gereja HKBP Manado. Algoritma binary search merupakan sebuah teknik pencarian data dengan cara berulang kali membagi separuh dari jumlah data yang dicari sehingga memperkecil lokasi pencarian sampai menjadi satu data. Algoritma binary search ini sering digunakan dalam pencarian data karena kompleksitas dari algoritma ini adalah Ο(log n). Sistem yang akan dikembangkan adalah dengan penerapan algoritma binary search pada pencarian data jemaat. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Visual Basic for Application yang tersedia di Microsoft Excel. Sehingga nantinya, sistem yang dikembangkan ini akan memberikan tampilan yang lebih baik dengan berbasis Graphic User Interface dan juga lebih mempermudah untuk melakukan pencarian data dengan hasil yang lebih spesifik dan akurat.

Oleh karena itu, banyak investor dan analis keuangan tertarik untuk meramalkan harga saham di masa depan untuk membantu mereka mengambil keputusan investasi yang tepat. Dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan analisis teknikal dengan menggunakan beberapa metode peramalan untuk memprediksi harga saham, salah satunya adalah harga saham salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia, yaitu Bank BRI. Metode Trend Moment adalah Trend Moment merupakan metode peramalan yang digunakan untuk melihat trend dari data deret waktu yang diketahui melalui persamaan Trend Least Square. Metode Regresi Linear adalah suatu metode yang digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antar satu variabel independent (bebas) dan mempunyai hubungan garis lurus dengan variabel dependennya (terikat). Ada metode tertentu yang digunakan untuk menghitung akurasi ketepatan dalam proses peramalan. Metode yang dapat digunakan untuk penelitian kali ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Following the development of technology and information, new models continue to be developed, one of which is e-Comic. This study aims to develop a comic electronic model (e-Comic) based on mobile devices as a medium of learning. With the ADDIE development method, it is done through needs analysis, model design, prototype development, prototype implementation (testing) and evaluation of prototype implementation results to the field. The result is a comic electronic model that runs on a mobile device in which a graphic-shaped cartoon is highlighted to deliver learning materials in accordance with the applicable curriculum. Mobile as a gadget that many owned by High School Students used as a medium of learning. The material is delivered in story form so the delivery is not rigid. Implementation of prototype test in the field obtained data that students like this model of e-Comic learning media and feel like learning to read comics with digital format. The conclusion of the development of e-Comic model, innovative learning media effective, efficient and fun, so as to increase the students' attention in understanding the subject.

Dalam pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan analisis teknikal dengan menggunakan beberapa metode peramalan untuk memprediksi harga saham, salah satunya adalah harga saham salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia, yaitu Bank BRI. Metode Trend Moment adalah Trend Moment merupakan metode peramalan yang digunakan untuk melihat trend dari data deret waktu yang diketahui melalui persamaan Trend Least Square. Metode Regresi Linear adalah suatu metode yang digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antar satu variabel independent (bebas) dan mempunyai hubungan garis lurus dengan variabel dependennya (terikat). Ada metode tertentu yang digunakan untuk menghitung akurasi ketepatan dalam proses peramalan. Metode yang dapat digunakan untuk penelitian kali ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Dari hasil peramalan ini, kedua metode memilik rata-rata di bawah 20% berarti dapat diartikan memiliki hasil akurasi peramalan yang baik walaupun metode Regresi Linear memiliki akurasi sedikit lebih baik dari metode Trend

Interactive learning applications is a suitable media as learning methods for children, seeing in terms of technological developments in this era which certainly did not escape the attention of children. Therefore, to increase learning preferences of children, is to follow the conditions and situations that occur at this time. This research aims to design and build learning applications that can become interactive media that are interesting and easily understood by children. The method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle. This research resulted in an interactive application for grade 1 elementary school children, which was interesting, added interest in learning and was easy to use.

Following the development of technology and information, new models continue to be developed, one of which is e-Comic. This study aims to develop a comic electronic model (e-Comic) based on mobile devices as a medium of learning. With the ADDIE development method, it is done through needs analysis, model design, prototype development, prototype implementation (testing) and evaluation of prototype implementation results to the field. The result is a comic electronic model that runs on a mobile device in which a graphic-shaped cartoon is highlighted to deliver learning materials in accordance with the applicable curriculum. Mobile as a gadget that many owned by High School Students used as a medium of learning. The material is delivered in story form so the delivery is not rigid. Implementation of prototype test in the field obtained data that students like this model of e-Comic learning media and feel like learning to read comics with digital format. The conclusion of the development of e-Comic model, innovative learning media effective, efficient and fun, so as to increase the students' attention in understanding the subject.

In this study we used a decision support system using the MOORA method to determine the best PAUD Teacher who is entitled to rewards without any jealousy from other unselected candidates. On the results of this study, the alternative Alexander Putra was chosen as the best PAUD teacher with a score of 0.4547 which is the highest score compared to other participants.

Integration between website development and research results from various sources suggests that effective dissemination of information can increase public awareness and participation in mangrove conservation. Related research, such as the study of mangrove management models towards zero net emissions and vulnerability analysis of mangrove degradation, provides important insights for sustainable mangrove governance. The study suggests the importance of cooperation among stakeholders to promote conservation-based tourism in an effort to preserve the mangrove forest in North Sulawesi. The development of a mangrove forest tourist information website in North Sulawesi, supported by scientific data from various research projects, is an important step towards raising public awareness and conserving mangroves. Integration between information technology and mangrove research can facilitate sustainable management of mangrove ecosystems as well as promote education and ecotourism.
