Esse estudo analisa os fatores determinantes da estrutura de capital das companhias abertas brasileiras (exceto instituições financeiras e seguradoras) com ações listadas na BM&BOVESPA no período de 2010 a 2016, sob a perspectiva da pecking order theory e da tradeoff theory, empregando metodologia de dados em painel e modelos econométricos com variáveis de controle referentes à tangibilidade dos ativos, ao porte das empresas, a oportunidades de crescimento e à rentabilidade dos ativos. Este artigo preenche lacuna relativa ao reduzido número de estudos correlatos no período objeto da análise e considera base de dados homogênea oriunda das demonstrações financeiras elaboradas de acordo com as normas internacionais de contabilidade a partir de 2010. . Coworking spaces have been growing in Brazil, due to the search for cost re-duction, collaborative work, job and income generation. The common space uti-lizes by companies allow the shared use of resources, ideas and services. The aim of this research was to identify the elements for a Coworking space to create an innovative and entrepreneurial environment conducive to the generation of jobs and income. The research was qualitative phenomenological, with the proposal to describe the experience lived by coworkers in what concerns the identification of the fundamental elements in a space of services that allow innovation and busi-ness development. Interviews were conducted with representatives of five coworking spaces and the analyses of research data identified that the spaces of coworking provide the innovation when they offer spaces that allow the collabo-rative work, thus contributing to the generation of employment and income. The incentive to the coworkers to participate of the events that happen in the cowork-ing space deepens the relationship between them and bring possibilities of solu-tions to their business

This article focuses on the study of micro and small cosmetic companies in the state of São Paulo, due to the representativeness that these companies have in the exports of their products. The objective is to identify the elements that stand out in the decision-making process for the internationalization of its business from the export of its products. Behavioral Theory was used as the internationalization model of McDougall [1]. Based on the research, it was identified that the ele-ments that stand out most in decision making for micro companies are the need for business expansion due to the saturation of the domestic market and the com-petition, whereas for small companies the highlight is in strategic factors for business maintenance and suggestions from suppliers, customers and consult-ants.

This article aimed to compare the micro and small companies in the agricultural equipment sector with regard to the factors that impact on the decision making of the internationalization of the companies in the segment. The objective was to identify the different reasons that led companies to undertake the process of inter-nationalization of the agricultural machinery and equipment sector. A non-probabilistic descriptive and quantitative survey was used. The work was based on the Uppsala model, the reasons and the critical factors that lead to the decision to export from the authors Moreira [1] and Lirani [2]. From a questionnaire ap-plied to 159 companies in the industry sector, it was possible to identify the rea-sons that most impact the decision-making process of internationalization. For micro-enterprises, the reasons were knowledge of the market, the need for busi-ness expansion, conditions for internationalization and support for internationali-zation. Already for the small companies the reasons that led to the internationali-zation were different: company strategies, support for the internationalization pro-cess and conditions of the internal market.

Micro and small companies are essential for the economy, as they generate em-ployment and income. The cosmetics industry in Brazil has been emphasizing in-ternational trade and micro and small companies are looking for other markets to conquer new clients and new partners, but the process for internationalization finds barriers. The focus of this paper is to identify and verify if the barriers are similar for both micro and small entrepreneurial companies. To meet the objec-tive, a research was carried out with 41 micro and 115 small cosmetics compa-nies. The data collection was carried out through a questionnaire, whose results are shown to be the same for micro and small enterprises, as they are: the difficul-ty to make changes in the products destined to external customers' demands, ex-change rate fluctuations, delay in receiving the payments from commercialization and difficulties in obtaining capital

O objetivo deste artigo e analisar as maneiras como as administracoes publicas tem utilizado as redes sociais, especialmente, o Facebook, como canal de comunicacao e quais resultados tem obtido em termos de interacao e engajamento com seus publicos-alvo. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa documental que reuniu e analisou postagens de paginas do Facebook, das cinco Secretarias Estaduais de Desenvolvimento Economico mais relevantes em cada uma das regioes geograficas brasileiras. Considerando-se a impossibilidade de lidar com todos os temas referentes aos campos de atuacao dos sujeitos pesquisados, foram delimitadas apenas as mensagens postadas com aspectos ligados ao desenvolvimento sustentavel. Dentre os achados da pesquisa, destacam-se a baixa utilizacao das redes sociais como plataforma de comunicacao e o baixo engajamento obtido pelas Secretarias analisadas em suas paginas.
