However, during the quarters, the company is facing productivity issues. After serious investigation don the Process Engineering Department, it showed that out of the 200 units of cupbo that were submitted for QA inspection, 25 units had dent on the sides du negligence of workers in transporting the units from production area to finished g area, 15 units had scratches which were all identified with the raw materials u while 50 units had pale wood varnish and 30 units have been found out to have holes on the wood itself. a.
