Jeff Camkin
Jeff Camkin is Adjunct Professor (Water Resource Management) at the University of Western Australia's Institute of Agriculture, Adjunct Professor at Griffith University's International Water Centre, an Honorary Lecturer at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Senior Fellow (Water Policy and Management) at the Institute for Studies and Development Worldwide, Visiting Professor at the National Laboratory of Civil Engineering in Portugal and Research Associate with the UNESCO International Centre for Coastal Ecohydrology at the University of Algarve, Portugal. Jeff holds tertiary qualifications in science and natural resources law, and has worked in urban and rural water, irrigation, fisheries and other natural resources education, research, management, policy and governance for the last 30 years. Prof. Camkin has studied international approaches to strategic water resource management as a Churchill Fellow, ANCID Travel Fellow and CRC for Irrigation Futures Visiting Scientist, and has extensive international networks in water policy, education and research. In recent years he has focused on designing new water education and has delivered courses for participants from over 70 countries. Jeff is co-founder and co-Editor-in-Chief of World Water Policy Journal, established in 2014 as a platform for the world's emerging water leaders and thinkers (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/2639541x).
