This target article gives critical consideration to the nature of the evidence supporting such a view as well as to more fundamental issues concerning the conceptual status of the trait concept. It is argued that the evidence is less supportive and convincing than is suggested by trait enthusiasts, that there are fundamental problems with the trait concept, and that the trait model is not the only personality model to recognize consistency and coherence in functioning.

When doing analysis, we examine the significant decisions that were made in constructing the film to achieve the desired effect. One of the most productive ways to do film analysis is to isolate a particular frame from a film and examine it closely and systematically according to an objective set of parameters. Moreover not all of the parameters will be significantly relevant to a particular frame, Compesi (2000:68) says framing refers to the placement of a person or object within the video frame. Bordwell and Thompson (1997:226) says that in film the frame is not only a neutral border; it produces a certain vantage point onto the material within the image, in cinema the frame is important because it actively defines the image for us. They also say that framing affect the image by means of, size and shape of the frame, the way the frame defines offscreen and onscreen space, the way framing controls the distance, angle and height of the vantage point of the image, the way framing can move in relation to the mis en scene, film Stock, Film Gauge, Lighting, Focus, Composition, Viewpoints, character expressions and body Language, decor, Costumes. Gianneti (1976;34,35) says that each movie image is enclosed by the frame of the screen, which defines the world of the film. This essay will analyse the above since they are manipulated by the director to show the viewer what he wants the viewer to see.

Film is a medium to tell stories both factual and fiction by its rapid progression of still images at a rate of 24 frames a second to create an illusion of real life movement. This study will follow Henri Berson”s(1911) philosophy in his book “Creative evolution” which says that film does not adequately engage with his concepts of time, space and duration, in fact for him duration has to do with consciousness and time can be measured from a mechanical and psychological viewpoint hence time is not a fixed entity that moves in strict linear measures as in film where it is subject to different kinds of speed such as fast, normal and slow. He felt that nomatter how films beautifully created movement utterly failed to express duration. Hence this study will seek to analyse how the subjective camera help in undermining or enhance truth or factual truthness of documentary films using The Bhundu boys story by Elton Mujanana. Chapter1 lays out the statement problem of the research and gives the area of investigation. It also states the objectives and questions of this research, together with the justification and literature review. Then chapter two explores the theoretical framework under which the study will be done. Definition of subjective camera, functions of the subjective camera in implicating images, its impact on captured reality since the director can use film to simply imitate reality or interpret and evaluate it as well, such as the use of close ups to accentuate certain features for the viewer, Basic premises held by the early and later documentary film makers and the characteristics of a documentary film such as Grierson, Rotha, Barnouw, Nicholls and others. Chapter 3 seeks to explore the implications of the subjective camera techniques in Absolute jiti THE BUNDUBOY”STORY ” by Elton Mujanana, also examining the extent to which the director used the techniques to enhance or undermine truth telling and objectivity. This chapter will also be for discussion of the findings in my research.

leadership role of the high school head in creating a culture of teaching and
learning (COTL), with specific reference to high schools in the Midlands Province of
Zimbabwe. In an attempt to realise that end, a qualitative approach drawing from
ethnographic studies was used to collect data. Therefore, the research instruments
included qualitative observations, individual and focus group interviews and
document analysis. The participants included five high school heads, ten heads of
departments (HODs), ten assistant teachers, and twenty five parents. These were
drawn from the five high schools selected for the study.

This technology provides a learning environment that is self-paced, learner-controlled and individualized.
Technology” is simply defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as “a body of knowledge which when used or applied helps in solving problems”.
One can then agree, from the literal point of view, that educational technology means “application of a body of knowledge (technology) to solving educational problems.

This essay seeks to justify the rationale of multicultural education in the Zimbabwean primary school. The rationale of multicultural education to be discussed in this essay includes its ability to improve classroom pedagogy and accommodation of learners' cultural assortment, improves teacher sensitivity to learners' diverse cultural backgrounds, and promotes representation of learners from different social groups in curriculum instructional resources and reduction of prejudice in schools. The key terms multicultural education and primary school will be defined. The sociological theory that guides this essay is post modernism. Gorski (2011) says multicultural education is a progressive approach for transforming education that holistically critiques and addresses current shortcomings, failings and discriminatory practices in education. Banks, (2009) says that multicultural education attempts to cater for students' cultural diversity and to provide students with different characteristics and chance to learn. Multicultural education is about conveying a wide range of beliefs and attitudes of individuals from diverse cultures (Davidman and Davidmar as cited in Sikula, 1996). It involves use of instructional methodologies and materials that stimulate equity of educational information to all pupils. It is also concerned with making educational experiences more sensitive and responsive to diverse cultural needs of learners. From this view one can agree that multicultural education is concerned with providing learners who come from different cultures and backgrounds equity education thus improving one's life chance despite racial, ethnic or religious background. Akinbote and Lawal (2001) refer to primary education as the education given in educational institution to children aged 6 to 11 plus. From this definition it means, children who are not up to six years are not officially expected to be in the primary school.

Communication has been defined in several ways by different scholars, authorities and different schools of thought. Despite the various views of people about what communication is, they agree that for every communication, there is the source, the message, the channel and the receiver. Alaofe (2001) defines communication as the process through which information, knowledge, ideas or message are conveyed or transmitted from one source to another. Hence one can define communication as the process sending of message from one source to another and it is the nerve of any effective organisation because in any form of communication the place of interaction is highly central and equally important. According to Nwankwo (1981) in Adepoju (2004), an organisation is a group of persons working together for a common purpose. Such as companies, school and institutions. The essay will discuss the notion as applicable to the school.
