Je parle ici de rites et de sacrifices, de mythes et d'oracles, de la tradition orale, de la transmission. Je fais référence spécialement à la tradition du mvet (chant épique) chez les Fang d'Afrique équatoriale, à son étude par Pascal Boyer et son analyse par Carlo Severi. Comment se constitue l'autorité dans le cadre d'une société orale traditionnelle ? Carlo Severi emploi le terme de Chimère pour définir la façon dont une autorité sans auteur, autonome, est produite à partir d'un artefact comme un instrument de musique. Je reprends cette idée dans la considération de l'autorité des oracles et la fascination toujours actuelle pour les jeux de hasard.

A mathematical procedure enabling the transformation of an arbitrary tessellation of a surface into a bi-colored, complete graph is introduced. Polygons constituting the tessellation are represented by vertices of the graphs. Vertices of the graphs are connected by two kinds of links/edges, namely, by a green link, when polygons have the same number of sides, and by a red link, when the polygons have a different number of sides. This procedure gives rise to a semi-transitive, complete, bi-colored Ramsey graph. The Ramsey semi-transitive number was established as 𝑅𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑠(3,3)=5 Shannon entropies of the tessellation and graphs are introduced. Ramsey graphs emerging from random Voronoi and Poisson Line tessellations were investigated. The limits 𝜁=lim𝑁→∞𝑁𝑔𝑁𝑟, where N is the total number of green and red seeds, 𝑁𝑔 and 𝑁𝑟, were found 𝜁= 0.272 ± 0.001 (Voronoi) and 𝜁= 0.47 ± 0.02 (Poisson Line). The Shannon Entropy for the random Voronoi tessellation was calculated as 𝑆= 1.690 ± 0.001 and for the Poisson line tessellation as S = 1.265 ± 0.015. The main contribution of the paper is the calculation of the Shannon entropy of the random point process and the establishment of the new bi-colored Ramsey graph on top of the tessellations.

In Cameroon, SMEs contribute about 50% of the GDP and accounts for about 92% of businesses (INS, 2009) but about 80% of this SME's created in Cameroon die before their 5 th anniversary with one of the principal causes being the lack of corporate leadership. The main objectives of this research it to show the effects of leadership style on the performance of Cameroonian SMEs. The research follows a Hypothetico-deductive methodology through which primary data was collected through the Multi Factor Leadership Questionnaire which was administered on 114 workers form 38 SMEs in 05 major towns in the southwest region of Cameroon between the period of November 2015 to January 2016, the data was analysed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and the Ordinary Least Square Multiple Regression(OLS), the SPSS version 20 was used for regression. The Principal results showed that the Transformational Leadership style exerted a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs in Cameroon, while the Transactional leadership style exerted a positive and significant impact on performance, this results are in coherence with the results obtained by Bass and Avolio, 2004 in their work entitled " Leadership and Performance beyond Expectations ". This research will therefore propose that in order to achieve organizational performance, managers should use the Transformational alongside with the Transactional leadership style since a combination of the two leadership style will permit the enterprise to attain performance beyond expectations.
