2024, GOD'S REVELATION AND EXPERIENCIES WITH HIM
A Testemony and Translation of my book "SEGREDOS DA SABEDORIA DIVINA"
Tópicos, Revista de Filosofía
Wisdom Texts and Philosophy2013 •
The current work will be an analysis of Wisdom Literature, with a description of what is Wisdom Literature, a brief look at examples of Biblical Wisdom Literature and Extra-Biblical Wisdom Literature from Egypt and Mesopotamia and then will conclude with a look at two distinctive aspects of Biblical Wisdom Literature in contrast to Extra-Biblical Wisdom Literature.

In this essay the author poses the hypothesis that the metaphor “to philosophise is to nurture the Tree of life in us” is a better metaphor than “to philosophise is to cease living” when it comes to conceptualizing what people might experience when philosophising the so called “Dialogos Way”. First, the author outlines different usages of the Tree of life metaphor. In line with reflective practice research methodology, she then explores how the metaphor corresponds to the Dialogos approach as a process- and wisdom oriented form of philosophical practice. Further, through original reflection, she narrates six examples from her experience as a philosophical practitioner. From this, six themes are extracted through critical reflection: aha-experience, peak-experience, heart-to-heart synchronization, life-guiding concepts, plateau experience and pluralism. The themes are then reflected upon theoretically and generally. Summing up, the participants seemed to have experienced forms of psy...

CONSCIOUSNESS: A Single Path
LIVRO 'CONSCIÊNCIA' J.Antunes ENGLISH E-Book2007 •
Do all people settle by limiting themselves to survive or do many seek to be whole struggling to live? This work deals with the experience of a personified conscience in a singular path, trying to overcome prejudices and myths, aiming at its illumination. During this process, which Jung calls individuation, some contents of the unconscious are integrated and the nature of consciousness is revealed; its manifestations; its relationship with mind and brain; how it constructs reality, limited by its evolutionary level; why the ego and traumatic events prevent its spiritual evolution or progression; the relationship of consciousness with paranormal phenomena and, finally, the use of spiritual intelligence for the perspective of a new sense of life. Finally, the need to share dedication to humanity in the name of love and compassion, has its reward in joy, happiness and a sense of accomplishment in nothing comparable. This approach, embodying a conscience with a unique path, allows to outline a possible evolutionary course with its different stages necessary for this process of spiritual transformation, aiming to awaken dormant consciences, plunged into forgetting themselves, far from their spiritual nature. This work can be considered an itinerary for those who want to discover themselves and develop spiritually through a journey of self-knowledge, of self-discovery. A guide for consciences that choose their evolutionary process.

Lived Wisdom in Jewish Antiquity: Studies in Exercise and Exemplarity, written by Elisa Uusimäki2022 •
This book of wisdom concerns wisdom as practice that is influenced by Pierre Hadot who is a French Scholar of Ancient Philosophy. That wisdom is a practice on how to solve life's problems. This book is a self-help book on how to change one's attitude, but also how how to live a life of self-help and self-care. This book aims at being an scholarly book, but also a self-help book, that aims at using philosophy as a means of self-help. It is not so much an academic book, but a book that should appeal to a common audience. All self-help books aim at the assumption that one's life is in their control, but not only that, but that life's problems is something that can be overcome. This book of wisdom concerns philosophy as an expression of a way of life, as the application of truth in everyday life, instead of wisdom as truth in the traditional Western "philosophical" sense of the word. That some truths are useless and therefore not considered wise. I believed in the Chinese philosophical sense of word and also the Indian sense of the word: wisdom as practice. As an expression of philosophy to deal with problems of everyday life and not necessarily philosophy as the examined life. The Chinese defined philosophy as the: "way", and not necessarily wisdom as: "truth". Some Western philosophy saw philosophy as a way of life, but also a practical exercise that can help people overcome life's problems.
