Teachers in Sikka Regency contributed to the Driving Teacher Education Program Batch 4 according to the mandate of the Minister of Education and Culture in the Freedom to Learn Policy Episode 5. As teachers at LPTK we capture ideas and opportunities in following the dynamics of efforts to develop teacher competency so that it becomes a reflection in the learning process that liberates for graduates can become driving teachers. This study aims to analyze the ability of the driving teacher in leading learning that liberates students. This research was conducted using a field survey which was supplemented by questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation as a method of data collection. Data analysis uses data reduction, data triangulation, and data synthesis to parse conclusions. The results of the study show that prospective teacher mobilizers are able to lead learning in the process of driving teachers edication program.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the influence of motivation and work ethic together on the performance of teachers of State Senior High Schools in the Mobilization Program throughout the Kayuagung District. This research is a quantitative research with a causal study form. The population in this study were all school principals and teachers who served in State Senior High Schools in the Kayuagung District, totaling 137 people. The number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula with a result of 58 people. The method of collecting data in this study is a questionnaire/questionnaire method, documentation and observation. This research aimed to investigate the effect of (1) personality, (2) motivation, (3) task performance of teachers in private elementary school subdistrict Kelapa Gading North Jakarta. Survey method with a quantitative-causal approach using Path Analysis Technique was used to in this research. This survey involving 84 teachers as a sample using simple random sampling technique by Slovin formula. The findings of this study indicated: first, there is a positive direct effect of personality toward task performance teachers in school. The purpose of this study were to describe the influence the Leadership Effectiveness and Motivation on teacher Performance in MTs Serba Bakti Suryalaya Boarding School District of Tasikmalaya. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population is all teachers in MTs Serba Bakti Suryalaya boarding school district of Tasikmalaya as many as 30 teachers. The sampling technique is saturated sample. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study finding that there are significant effect partially and simultaneously of Leadership Effectiveness and Motivation on teacher Performance at MTs Serba Bakti Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya Tasikmalaya Thus, the higher the effectiveness of leadership, the better the performance and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance.
