SUMMARYMobile robots are used to operate in urban environments, for surveillance, reconnaissance, and inspection, as well as for military operations and in hazardous environments. Some are intended for exploration of only natural terrains, but others also for artificial environments, including stairways. This paper presents a mobile robot design that achieves autonomous climbing and descending of stairs. The robot uses sensors and embedded intelligence to achieve the task. The robot is a reconfigurable tracked mobile robot that has the ability to traverse obstacles by changing its track configuration. Algorithms have been further developed for conditions under which the mobile robot would halt its motion during the climbing process when at risk of flipping over. A rescue robot is a robot that has been designed for the purpose of aiding in most rescue workforces. In most of common circumstances that skill rescue robots are mining fortunes, urban ruins, imprisoned situations, and blasts. Rescue robots were used in the search for victims and survivors after the September 11 occurrences in New York city. The reimbursement of rescue robots to these operations include reduced personnel rations, reduced fatigue, and access to otherwise unapproachable areas.The Robotic search and rescue is valuable since robots may be deployed in dangerous environments without putting human responders at peril conditions. This project is a prototypical which is extensively used for military applications.PIR sensor is used to detect human. A Passive Infra Red sensor (PIR sensor) is an electronic device which measures infrared light radiating from objects in its field of interpretation. Seeming motion is detected when an infrared source with one temperature, such as a human, passes in noticeable of an infrared source with another temperature, it detects. It acts as a motion finder. This robot uses RF technology controlled by RF remote controller. This can be enthused forward and reverse direction using geared motors of 60RPM. Also this robot can gross high-pitched turns towards left and right directions. This project uses ARM7 MCU as its controller. Also a wireless camera with voice is rim to the kit. We are exhausting the GPS module for exact location tracker of robot when human body is detected.

A robot is generally an electro-mechanical device that is guided by using laptop and digital programming. Many robots were built for production purpose and may be found in factories round the arena. Designing of the cutting-edge inverted ROBOT which may be controlling using an APP for android mobile. And in which we use Bluetooth conversation to interface Arduino UNO and android. Arduino can be interfaced to the Bluetooth module although UART protocol. According to instructions received from android the robotic motion may be managed. The constant output of a robot device alongside pleasant and repeatability are unmatched. This robots may be reprogrammable and may be interchanged to provide a couple of packages. Robotic system having palms this is appropriate of motion in choppy surfaces as well as climbing ladders. Ladder hiking is an vital mode of locomotion for navigating business environments and carrying out preservation tasks in homes, bushes and other man-made systems. The motion of robot is mapped with the aid of hand moves. An arduino board is used to control the wi-fi manage whole operation. It collects facts from the controller and sends it to the robot (wireless conversation). The final product is an self-reliant robotic this is able to climb the ladder efficiently.
