RFID teknolojisi, kablosuz iletişim teknolojilerinde gelişimini hızla sürdüren ve birçok sektörde uygulanabilen bir teknolojidir. Bu teknoloji temel olarak okuyucu, etiket ve bunlara bağlı antenlerden oluşur. Radyo frekansı aracılığı ile etiketten bilgi okunur ve yazılır. Bu şekilde nesnelere yerleştirilen ya da taşınabilir etiketler sayesinde birçok alanda bilgi saklama, kontrol ve takip işlemi gerçekleştirilir. Bu çalışmada; RFID teknolojisi kullanılarak, özellikle yakıt istasyonlarında, yakıt dolumu esnasında oluşan yanlış yakıt dolumu ve yanlış pompa kullanımı sorunlarına çözüm sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda geliştirilen sistemde araçların yakıt dolum noktalarına yerleştirilen ve yakıt bilgisini de içeren RFID etiketler kullanılmıştır. Sistemin görsel takibi için C# programlama dili kullanılarak bir arayüz tasarlanmıştır. Geliştirilen arayüz, RFID uygulama geliştirme kiti ile entegre çalışmaktadır. Etiketlere okuma ve yazma işlemi bu kit aracılığı ile yapılmaktadır. Sonuçlar arayüz ekranında gösterilmektedir. Bilgi saklama işlemi, hem etiketin kendi hafızasında hem de sunucu sistem üzerinde oluşturulan bir veritabanı aracılığı ile yapılmaktadır. Yine bu çalışma kapsamında yapılan mini anket sonucunda, böyle bir sistemin yakıt istasyonlarındaki maddi kayba ve istasyonun değer kaybına çözüm olacağı görüşüne varılmıştır. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada geliştirilen sistemle yakıt dolum hatalarına karşın pratik ve etkin bir çözüm getirilmiştir. Böylece bu tür hatalar sonucu oluşabilecek trafik ve araç sorunlarının da önüne geçilmiş olunacaktır. Abstract RFID technology, which continues to grow rapidly in wireless technology, can be applied in many sectors. Basically this technology consists of the reader, the tag and the antenna. The information from the tag is read or written via the radio frequency. In this way, with the help of the tags placed on the objects, information storage, control, and the tracking operation is performed in many areas. In this study, using RFID technology, especially fuel stations, filling the wrong fuel and the use of incorrect pump that occurs during refuelling is intended to provide a solution to the problems. In line with this, the RFID tags were used that placed to fuel filling points of vehicles and fuel and contains the fuel information in the proposed system. An interface is designed using the C# programming language for Visual tracking of the system. The developed interface is worked with the integrated RFID application development kit. The read and write operations on label are performed via this kit. The results are shown in the interface display. Information storage process is done by means of a database created on both server systems as in its memory of the label. Also in the mini-survey results made under this paper, it was concluded that would be opinion the solution of that a system to the financial loss at fueling stations and to the depreciation of the station. As a result, it has been an effective and practically solution in front of the fuel filling fault with system developed in this study. So will be prevented of traffic and vehicle problems that can occur these types of errors as a result.

Decolonizing Heritage in South Asia: The Global, the National and the Transnational, Routledge, , 2018
Political boundaries demarcated on geopolitical considerations often split a continuous cultural region, separating places of faith from their followers and traditional cultural landmarks from the communities that used them. The passage of time hardens these man-made partitions, and the memory associated with these once familiar sites is often lost with successive generations. Thus trans-boundary shared cultural heritage sites and zones in spite of their merit share an uphill task in terms of their identification as trans-national nominations for UNESCO World Heritage status. This is even more challenging in the context of maritime heritage. Within the narrative of terrestrial histories of nation states, accounts of maritime heritage often become an extension of land-based concerns. A paradigm shift to understanding the history of the sea destabilizes linear mapping of time and chronologies of political dynasties and empires. The fluidity of seascapes, trans-national narratives and migrations challenge the sanctity of borders and of terrestrial accounts of the past. The focus shifts from rootedness in the soil to routes and intertwined histories of overlapping spaces. How is this fluidity of seascapes to be balanced against the rigidity of maritime boundaries and zones?
