This paper is the result of research projects carried out on inventive-thinking training for
teachers. It uses the theme of invention and the expansion of territories of thought as a way of
expressing ethically, aesthetically, politically that the goal of teacher training is the production
of subjectivities. We dislocate the notion of inventive-thinking training for teachers through
research-intervention in the territories of encounter between university and high school. The
notion of territory is thought of in terms of passage, of transition, in which subjectivities constitute
themselves as posited by Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guatarri. The idea of inventivethinking
training for teachers happens as a practice to establish territories of studies and analyses
on dogmatic workplaces as modes of living, of knowing, and of teaching. The intention is to create a movement to dwell in the territories of training and to forge de-individualising
collectives that are aware of the conditions of life in educational territories
