Gender as a social construct is a term now widely studied. Within the social sciences it has become very important. In this sense, psychology tries to make some contributions from your area. The intention is to promote equal opportunities for men and women. Social, employment and educational inequities perpetuate sexism, violence and other important social problems in Mexico. The gender perspective is conceptualized as a tool to promote laws, policies, plans, programs and procedures where women are made visible and empowered. The aim of this is the pursuit of equality. One of the critical indicators of a gender equal society is the proportional and balanced representation of male and female in all spheres of life. Within the higher education sector in Mexico, gender transformation and equality is measured through the proxy of increased access of female students in higher education. Such demographic changes are occurring as a response to feminist demands for gender equality. While we acknowledge the physical visibility of female academics and students in higher education, this has not been achieved without opposition from male defenders of the status quo. This study seeks to explore social representations and attitudes of university teachers in relation to sexual diversity. The study has a qualitative approach through content analysis. The research was collected through 62 critical incidents with university professors, with at least one year of experience in undergraduate teaching, in five universities located in the northern macro zone of Chile. The results highlight that there are teachers who take on three different types of roles when faced with situations of gender diversity.. Esta investigación descriptiva y correlacional buscó observar cuál era la relación que existía entre el clima social familiar y el rendimiento académico en 204 niños de sexto año de algunas escuelas públicas y privadas, de un municipio del noreste de México, a quienes se les administró la Escala de Clima Social Familiar de Moos, Moos y Trickett (1989). Se recogieron datos del promedio de aprovechamiento de cada estudiante en el bimestre anterior a la administración del instrumento. Al analizar los resultados obtenidos, se encontró una relación positiva entre el clima social familiar y el rendimiento académico de los alumnos del estudio. Los resultados muestran la importancia de fomentar las relaciones y la estabilidad familiar para contribuir al desempeño escolar de los estudiantes.

This article presents pottery from the second phase of the Early Iron Age, discovered during the excavations of the medieval city of Rusokastro. It was established that the initial construction of the fortifications dates back to the 6th century, and in the first half of the 13th century, these fortifications were dismantled and new ones were built, with the area being replanned. During both the early Byzantine and the medieval construction, the cultural layer at the very top of the rocky hill was disturbed. It only survived in the crevices of the rock and in natural pits. Small pottery fragments from the second phase of the Early Iron Age were found in it, which correspond well with similar materials from present-day Southeastern Bulgaria. Attention is drawn to the presence of a cave located in immediately next to the rocky hill, the walls of which are visibly processed. Local legends associate it with a dragon who inhabited the cave, abducting one of the local girls and living with her there. It is noted that hand-crafted Thracian pottery has been found around the entrance of the cave. According to the authors, on the top of the rock hill where the citadel of the medieval city of Rusokastro was subsequently built, a rock sanctuary functioned during the second phase of the Early Iron Age.
