Market economy is characterized at a time, among others, by the existence of two partners, so that one has some money, a certain amount of capital, and one needs money. The first has money and wants to capitalize on them as possible, and the second wants to enter into possession of a capital base which is to put up a new business or develop an existing. We can say that in this context we are facing a certain demand and a supply of capital. Meeting supply and demand of the said capital shall be carried out in an organized framework, namely the capital market. Investors as owners of capital seeking to invest capital so advantageous that they must choose from several investment on the one that best suits his or her interests. In the choice between several investment options investor must thoroughly know the subject of its investment capital, form of revenue will occur when they occur, what time is immobilized the capital and the risks of its investment capital.

The Economic Efficiency of the Company and Its Indicators2013 •
The article reveals the essence and the economic content of the economic efficiency at the enterprise level. Also, its forms are given, and respectively, indicators which can be used to measure the economic efficiency within the company. A production situation was proposed, through which have been rendered counting formulas for economic efficiency indicators and was given the economic expression, which simultaneously showed up to or after which values the enterprise carries on efficient production activity and marketing.

In times of emergency, communication plays a crucial yet problematic role. While this may seem obvious nowadays, even before the emergence of modern media, the methods of gathering, elaborating and transmitting information had a significant influence on the perception of risk and decision-making processes. The book examines how government bodies and different social actors handled emergencies in the Hispanic Monarchy, from the late sixteenth to the early nineteenth centuries. It features case studies from the Hispanic Monarchy’s European, American and Asian territories, exploring the narrative strategies used in news-sheets and gazettes, the impact of disasters on information networks, how they interacted with political and social dynamics, and the effect of conflicting interpretations of extreme events.
Modern man identifies Science as a set of disciplines based on observation, experience and calculation, which using formalized languages such as Geometry and Mathematics, try to provide an answer to the questions that human beings ask themselves to understand the reasons for their existence and the nature of which they are part. In the modern world we are used to seeing scientific development reflected almost immediately in Technology, while this was not the case in antiquity; for example, the Greeks considered science as an activity aimed only to knowledge, and not at the material progress of society. Finally we are children of Greek thought, to which we resort in search of future truth, with Plato on one side and Democritus on the other. We note that the one closest to the vision of reality inherent in the "Physics of Resonances" is Platonic thought, where the geometric vision of the Cosmos is based on the harmony of the golden section and on the Platonic solids connected in correspondence with the air, water , earth, fire and ether understood as the "fifth essence". With the advent of quantum physics, where two great scientists were Heisenberg and Schrödinger, the faith in the existence of a "concrete and real" matter, as a substance defined and subject to the "principium individuationis", disappeared; in fact Heisenberg abjuring the hegemony of Democritus, maintained that physics must be essentially built on the hypothesis of symmetry; he therefore decided to follow the path of an immaterialist atomism like that of Plato, and wrote: "In the beginning there was symmetry", an expression certainly closer to the "Intimate nature of the Universe" than that of Democritus who maintained: "In the beginning there was the particle". While Schrödinger compared the corpuscular interpretation of reality with that of the wave-form. Basically we could say that these two great scientists wanted to say the same thing using different but complementary languages. This historical-scientific premise serves to lead us to understand that contemporary science is not able to arrive at its Unification, because being divided into many specialized chapters, it loses the ability to synthesise; to achieve this purpose it is necessary to discover the fundamental rules of the "Intimate nature of the Universe", in which the concept of "wave-particle" dualism is replaced with those of "Field and Resonance", which characterize the research line of the "Physics of Resonances”, oriented towards the search for the “why” at the basis of the phenomena existing in the Universe. In the "Physics of Resonances" nothing is separable, so in Space there is only one "raw material": the "Quantum Vacuum" or more simply "Space", which the Ancients had identified as "Ether", later denied by Relativity, in which Einstein replaced the depth of Space with Time; but here we must take note that it is absolutely not certain that our equations, however beautiful and comfortable they are for us, then correspond to the reality of the functionings inherent in the "Intimate Nature of the Universe". The Matter for the "Physics of Resonances" is none other than "Quantum vacuum" condensed by a stimulus in Space. This scientific vision of "Resonance Physics" also leads us to understand the concept of "Universal Consciousness and Intelligence", which cannot be relegated only to man, since he simply represents a part of a large and harmonic "Brilliant Garland ” in which the principle of “fractality” applies. In this scientific vision, the concept of energy is seen as an "energetic manifestation" which works on the principle of "communicating vessels". At this point we can say that with the advent of "Resonance Physics", all sectors of our daily life are reviewed in a different light. For example they also open towards the understanding of the phenomenon of Universal Life, where we observe that theoretical models for molecular biology, for phylogenetics, and for numerous other branches of biology, having to deal with large amounts of data, need to operate reductions in the mass of data without losing essential information; in this sense, the approach used in statistical physics in the transition from microscopic to macroscopic laws is used; and here we observe that in physics the models based on differential equations and on stochastic differential equations have been successful, but have not yet arrived at explaining the bases on which life in the Universe is born and evolves, which instead requires the presence of a " Algebra of Nature”, which has as its starting point the value 0.5 (minimum energy state of the quantum vacuum), from which the “analogical continuum” present in the “Intimate Nature of the Universe” then develops. We therefore become aware that even disciplines such as mathematics and geometry must take on another interpretative and applicative form; in fact we also note that this type of Algebra is similar to the energetic behavior of the hydrogen atom, which, as also confirmed by studies done within the scope of the standard model, has the possibility of making its electron "jump" on seven energy levels (main quantum number), creating a discrete energetic "symphony" comparable to the keys of a piano. Finally, we note that from this innovative vision of Reality, new Technologies could be originated aimed at improving Life in general on our beautiful Planet Earth, now suffering due to our Technologies not aligned with the functioning of Nature.
The art of trading goods has been a concept of human behavior for quite some time, and has evolved over the ages. Today we refer to this in some ways as doing business. Styles of management of this artform has also developed new concepts as time passed, leading to growth in its sector and more opportunities to pursue a career in the field. The key aspect I would like to pursue is operations. The management of operations oversees the company's production of goods or services, and various departments that deals with purchasing, warehousing, and manufacturing. Focusing on this section of business will lead to a challenging, but rewarding career path. The study of business management is a balance of theoretical and practical work. Concepts of real life situations are used so that students may be prepared for the work place and know what might occur. This way of learning teaches students how to apply learned concepts to real life scenarios before entering the workplace. The transferable skills that will be taught are an invaluable asset to have for any organization, and specializing in a niche gives a competitive advantage over those with general studies. Operations play a vital role in the business model. Movement of goods, storage and maintenance of the goods or services, purchasing and many other essential functions of business are carried out by the operations crew. Various components of operations deal with other aspects of business management as well, such as finances, manpower management, and property management among other various duties. The goal of operations management is the get the goods or service from the organization to the customer, while handling the details in between. Transportation, a vital concept of human travel that gains more importance as society continues to grow is a very necessary aspect of economics, and its details are handled by operation managers. Logistics, a niche of transportation that focuses on the structure of an organization and manages the flow of operations also is managed by operations. By gaining knowledge in business management in a subject that involves multiple department knowledge gives the student many career opportunities. Also strengthening the overall knowledge of how business carries on behind the scenes. The opportunities in business management are ever increasing with the growing economy, creating a large market with many professionals from all walks of life that are ready to put their skills to the test. With this, comes major competition as experienced and inexperienced workers scuffle to make it to the top of their organization. By aiming to learn how to manage and specializing in a particular segment of business management, the knowledge gained will set a steady career path..
