This research studies the effect of a mental training program on learning, development of a new Taolu in Wushu and the development of mental representation. Our study have conducted on two independent groups (novice & expert): 15 subjects with no experience on the practical or theoretical Taolus, and 15 subjects who performed the training Taolus for a period of 4 to 5 years. Both groups has subjected to the same learning context. Both groups has divided into three groups undergoing three forms of training. Measures of learning and some imaging capabilities was been made before and after the experiment. The results show that mental imagery has affected close learning new motor skills and mental. Specifically, we have also shown the effectiveness of imagery in learning and development of new motor combinations. The combination of mental and physical is as a vital need for athletic performance and overall development of the athlete. We also removed the effect of expertise in facilitating learning a new set of movements, this improvement is very important for the coach, executives and specialists of Wushu (Taolu).
