The study of human learning continues to develop and expand. In institutions of higher education, the issue of utilizing modern information and communication technologies for teaching and learning is very important. It uses the latest technologies to assist and enhance knowledge distribution, and calls for flexible and active interactions amongst online teachers and students. The objective of this paper is to build an educational society and support sharing knowledge, Increasing student efficiency by sharing educational content without restriction, Giving students chance to learn some skills etc. This paper explores the use of e-learning in enhancing teaching and learning in educational instructors and students can participate on our website to share their learning experiences between each other. This paper is description research, as instructors can become students to benefit and learn other courses, and students can become instructors to deliver courses they want. What makes us unique is that we enable everyone to hare/receive learning experiences and to develop the skills of them. In this paper, basic points in the project starting with the statistics and figures which are important factors in the project to take the external feedback. In this paper prepared some questionnaire about the MOOCs as it provide an affordable and flexible way to learn new skills, advance your career and deliver quality educational experiences at scale. Finally using this Study, the learners will improve and develop their skills, and share their learning experiences. Our project is offering such an environment by encouraging students to learn from each other. In addition, this paper will introduce the problems that the idea arise from, the project's objectives the expected project's benefits for students and instructors.

As massive open online courses (MOOCs) increase, the large scale and heterogeneity of MOOC participants bring myriad significant design challenges. This exploratory mixed methods study explores 143 MOOC instructors’ considerations and challenges in designing MOOCs; 12 of whom were interviewed and had their courses analyzed. The survey, interview, and course review data revealed a variety of considerations and challenges in MOOC design in terms of pedagogy, resources, and logistics. Pedagogical considerations included learning objectives, assessment methods, course length, course content, flexibility, and collaborative learning support. Resource considerations included the affordance of MOOC platforms, support from the host institution and the platform, and the available intellectual and hardware resources. Logistical considerations included the amount of time instructors spent designing the MOOC. The obstacles included pedagogical challenges (e.g., engaging learners, increasing learner interaction, and limited assessment methods), resource challenges (e.g., limitations associated with the affordances of the platform), and logistical challenges (e.g., time limitations for designing and developing MOOCs). To address these challenges, the instructors often relied on reviewing other MOOCs. They also sought help from colleagues, their universities, and support personnel of the adopted platforms. Keywords: massive open online courses (MOOCs), instructional design, design considerations, design challenges, MOOC instructors

There is a pressing need to better understand the instructional design and delivery methods of instructors of massive open online courses (MOOCs). In response, this mixed method study focused on how MOOC instructors encourage online interaction. The data sources were an online survey delivered to over 1,400 MOOC instructors, of which 143 valid responses were received. In addition, there were interviews with 12 instructors and course reviews of their MOOCs. To encourage online learner interaction, these instructors utilized asynchronous discussion forums, pairbased assignments or peer reviews, and social media to encourage peer interaction. At the same time, learnerinstructor interaction was encouraged through online discussion forum, platform messages, and social media connections. In terms of learner-content interaction, MOOC instructors primarily relied on discussion forums, video lectures and tutorials in the MOOC, readings, and practice quizzes and exams. Implications and future...

Teaching with online platform and learning is a need to make an effective decision in all types of training today. Teaching Staff belong to higher educational institutions is one of the significant components in this on the web instructing/educational experience. There are a few issues relating to staff and one significant issue is the preparing of the workforce and their direction towards internet instructing. There are a few stages, administrations, and MOOCs accessible, which give preparing to workforce in regards to various viewpoints connected with educating better on the web. While there are various showing techniques, the majority of the customary strategies utilized in class can be applied similarly effectively on the web. Anyway, the showing strategy you select will change in light of your showing reasoning, goals, branch of knowledge, and classroom socio-economics. This paper investigates the requirement for preparing the personnel to improve online teaching methodology.
Seventh International Conference on …, 2010
'CCK08' was a unique event on Connectivism and Connective Knowledge within a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) in 2008. It was a course and a network about the emergent practices and the theory of Connectivism, proposed by George Siemens as a new learning theory for a digital age. It was convened and led by Stephen Downes and George Siemens through the University of Manitoba, Canada. Although the event was not formally advertised, more than 2000 participants from all over the world registered for the course, with 24 of these enrolled for credit. The course presented a unique opportunity to discover more about how people learn in large open networks, which offer extensive diversity, connectivity and opportunities for sharing knowledge. Learners are increasingly exercising autonomy regarding where, when, how, what and with whom to learn. To do this, they often select technologies independent of those offered by traditional courses. In CCK08 this autonomy was encouraged and learning on the course was distributed across a variety of platforms. This paper explores the perspectives of some of the participants on their learning experiences in the course, in relation to the characteristics of connectivism outlined by Downes, i.e. autonomy, diversity, openness and connectedness/interactivity. The findings are based on an online survey which was emailed to all active participants and email interview data from self-selected interviewees. The research found that autonomy, diversity, openness and connectedness/interactivity are indeed characteristics of a MOOC, but that they present paradoxes which are difficult to resolve in an online course. The more autonomous, diverse and open the course, and the more connected the learners, the more the potential for their learning to be limited by the lack of structure, support and moderation normally associated with an online course, and the more they seek to engage in traditional groups as opposed to an open network. These responses constrain the possibility of having the positive experiences of autonomy, diversity, openness and connectedness/interactivity normally expected of an online network. The research suggests that the question of whether a large open online network can be fused with a course has yet to be resolved. Further research studies with larger samples are needed, as is an investigation into the ethical considerations which may need to be taken into account when testing new theory and practice on course participants.
