When we talk about the rate of a chemical reaction, what we mean is the rate at which reactants are converted into products. The rate of a reaction decreases as time progresses. In this article, we provide insight into the derivation of the rate of decrease of reaction velocity with time and Eyring Equation which can be applied with considerable success to a wide variety of rate processes.
, with support from the Neubauer Collegium for Culture and Society and the Center in Paris, both of that university. A separate presentation was made possible by my good colleagues Andréas Stauder and David Klotz, as part of a conference I organized with them in the eikones NCCR Iconic Criticism program at Universität Basel. John Bodel, Steve Chrisomalis, and Simon Martin were most helpful with comments and editorial suggestions, and John Baines contributed, at his usual rapid pacea better correspondent is hard to findtimely expertise on an Egyptian sculpture highlighted here. Claudia Brittenham and Sarah Newman gave the manuscript an especially close reading, and Mallory Matsumoto and Andrew Scherer supplied further good advice. Another version, given in a conference leading to this book, was co-organized with John Bodel and hosted by the Program in Early Cultures at Brown University. Sam Butler contributed with editorial help. Note that all European correlations with the Maya calendar are Julian dates, in the Martin-Skidmore correlation.

Angela Martin, Ștefan Baghiu, Cosmin Borza (eds.), Antologiile revistei Cultura. Dosare tematice 2016-2017. Literatură, artă, societate (București: Editura Muzeul Literaturii Române), 2018 (pp.273-296) This collective work represents the initiative of Revista Cultura in Bucharest to analyse the first scholarly volume about Romanian marxism, published in 2015 (Alex Cistelecan, Andrei State (eds.), Plante Exotice. Teoria și practica marxiștilor români, (Cluj-Napoca: Tact), 2015) and to discuss Romanian marxism from the perspective of this work. The result was a magazine dossier organized by Ștefan Baghiu which has been published in 2018 in an anthology at the National Museum of Literature Publishing House in Bucharest. The contributors are Cornel Ban, Mihai Dinu Gheorghiu, Alexandru Matei and Gaspar Miklos Tamas. The 2015 volume is the first coherent attempt to analyse Romanian marxist theory, and the file put forward by Cultura magazine is a critique/overview of this phenomena as well.

“People are now so much in Sahaja Yoga, because of their depth, maybe because of their seeking, maybe because of their [???] maybe or whatever it is, but this Hamsa chakra does the greatest thing about which I do not know if you are aware or not, that whatever are your karma punyas are finished. You're not responsible for your forefathers karma punyas, your country's karma punyas, your own personal karma punyas. Whatever wrong we have done, is finished, as if you're cut off from your past completely.” Hamsa Puja, Vancouver, Canada, 13.09.1992
