Current Issue Vol. 4 (2022) Volume 4 starts with an iconographic contribution from the field of (mainly) Greek numismatics and a search for a stolen coin. Two other texts deal with numismatic iconography, depictions of horses and the civic Tyche. In addition, a new coin type from the field of Roman Provincials is described. Reports on an international numismatic course in Rome and the "Tag der antiken Numismatik" in Münster complete the volume. He is the source of the rivers and seas and is also sometimes interpreted as the forefather of the gods. The image of the sea or river god thus represents the unity of the Ancient World and so acts as eponymous patron for the Online Journal for Ancient Numismatics, which is intended to encompass all aspects of ancient numismatics.
