Resumen: En este documento se analiza uno de los supuestos jurídicos del artículo 256, del Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales vigente. Con la finalidad de recuperar el significado y la importancia del Criterio de Oportunidad en el Sistema Acusatorio Oral. Mismo que ha entrado en vigor y favorece, a nivel institucional y nacional, el desahogo de juicios que necesita desahogar el Estado, como principal encargado de hacer prevalecer el estado de derecho y propiciar justicia de manera expedita y oportuna. Palabras Clave: Criterio de oportunidad, Juicio Oral, Sistema Jurídico, Estado de derecho, administración de Justicia. Abstract: On these paper it´s analyzed one of the assumption of 256 article, of the current "Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales. With the object of recover the main sense and importance of opportunity criteria in the accusatorial proceeding system. Which institutional and national currency let to discharge the State, like first responsible of administration of justice and take care of survive the rule of law.
