New finds of stone sculptures from the epoch of early nomads are quite rare. Therefore, the publication of such new sculptures of pre-Scythian times, besides, two more at once, should be of interest. Moreover, both steles were found in a very limited area of the North-Western Black Sea region and each of them has a unique iconography and a rather original repertoire of objects. The stele from Kairy village is a type of pillar-shaped sculpture. The most original image on it is a round shield with a very rich ornamental composition. The stele from Aleksandrovka belongs to the stele-slabs. This type of sculpture is possibly an intermediate link between purely phallomorphic (Cimmerian) and anthropomorphic (Scythian) sculptures. Since markers of relative chronology are columnar and slab steles – the first are early, the second – late, this may mean that in the upper reaches of the Tiligul estuary in a fairly limited area, the tradition of installing the Cimmerian sculptures persisted for quite a long time.

Ce memoire presente une strategie du controle pour une alimentation Stabilisee avec une frequence commutation basse. Un controleur lineaire quadratique adaptatif (LQR) pour un convertisseur DC/AC est presente. Les gains du controleur sont determines en minimisant une fonction du cout. Un estimateur (RLS) est utilise pour identifier les parametres du modele pour differentes conditions de la charge. Le courant de la bobine du filtre est estime par un filtre Kalman. La tension aux bornes du condensateur et le courant de la bobine sont utilises comme variables d'etat. Les resultats de la simulation montrent que la strategie proposee offre de bonnes performances pour les charges lineaires et non lineaires avec un bas THD en frequences basses ce qui la rende tres utile pour les applications de fortes puissances

ABSTRAK: Studi ini membahas pemikiran politik Sayyid Quthb, dengan tujuan mempelajari pemikiran politik Sayyid Quthb yang merupakan tokoh pemikir politik islam pada periode pembaharuan (purifikasi). Studi ini menarik karena Sayyid Quthb merupakan salah satu tokoh konservatif yang berdasarkan pada agama islam yang merupakan agama sempurna dan universal. Bahkan karyanya seperti Al-Adalah al-Ijtima'iyyah fi al-Islam, Ma'rakah al-Islam wa ar-Ra'sumaliyyah, Nahw al-Mujtma 'Islami, dan Tafsir fi Zilal al-Qur'an berbicara banyak tentang politik. Studi ini merupakan studi kualitatif berbasis perpustakaan (library research). Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran politik Sayyid Quthb terdiri dari pemerintahan supranasional, tiga prinsip dasar politik pemerintahan islam, dan politik pemerintahan dalam islam. Kata Kunci: Pemikiran Politik, Sayyid Quthb, dan Pemerintahan Supranasional.
