Breasts cancer can cause patients to experience changes in aspects of quality of life which include physical health, psychological well being, social relationships and the environment. This research amis to examine and analyze influence social support and self efficacy on the subjective well being in breast cancer patients post mastectomy at oncology surgery clinic dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital, Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kecerdasan emosional trader dalam bertransaksi valuta asing. Trader adalah Trader merupakan mediator antara nasabah dengan market untuk melakukan transaksi jual atau beli saham, forex, index, commodity di bursa internasional. Trader berperan dalam eksekusi transaksi setelah sebelumnya melakukan analisis teknikal maupun fundamental untuk melihat tren market . Untuk menentukan subjek menggunakan teknik kombinasi antara purposive dan snow ball sampling sehingga dipilih tiga subjek. Pengalaman dan informasi subjek telah dieksplorasi dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data yang telah digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada lima domain yang muncul pada trader berdasarkan teori Goleman yaitu mengenali emosi diri, mengelola emosi, memotivasi diri sendiri, mengenali emosi orang lain dan membina hubungan. .

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalis pengaruh promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu Bata melalui citra merek sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada 100 konsumen sepatu Bata, yang berbelanja di Toko Sepatu Bata dalam satu tahun terakhir, penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Desember 2021 dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian.

The important role of digital era consumers in making the buying process is quite different from before. Therefore, it is necessary to do research on the effect of Brand Ambassadors and brand image on Purchase Intention to purchase frozen food. The population in this study is people who live in South Tangerang with a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling of 120 respondents. This study uses AMOS SEM data analysis techniques. The results of this study say that brand ambassadors and brand image have an effect on consumer buying interest and brand image is the factor that has the greatest influence on consumer buying interest.
