This is not a paper, but a spreadsheet showing alleged situation in the provincial, time-series part of CHGIS v4. database where the provincial capitals do not lie within the polygonal boundaries. I have not had time to verify all these entries completely, and that is necessary. However, what I know for sure is that there are lots of these errors, even if the exact number of 124 might not be correct. I will update this as soon as I finish the verification process.
