Upon Billy Graham's death, a quote, attributed to Graham, went viral because it supposedly expressed very succinctly, Graham's outlook on death and the eschaton. Interestingly, the quote does not appear anywhere in his published writings. A very similar quote however does appear in the D.L. Moody's autobiography. This article explains the context of the quote attributed to Graham, the original penned by Moody, and argues that the quote is fittingly attributed to both given Graham's deep respect and admiration for Moody and his intention to follow in Moody's footsteps, and to even exceed what Moody had accomplished.
