Due to growth of indoor mobile traffic, there is a growing focus on In-building solutions. This paper explains the requirement for quick development in IBS (In-Building Solutions) with a major focus on demand capacity planning and traffic planning which is carried out independently for general and business applications to differentiate common and intensive applications. It equally concentrates on accomplishing a more cost effective low grade of service (GoS) while having high quality of service (QoS). This paper additionally highlights the utilization of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) which is a novel solution for coverage improvement. The incorporated DAS implementation reduces the expenses that are required for enabling cellular coverage to the customers of wireless service providers in vast open locations. The paper additionally elucidates Radio Base Station (RBS) skeleton that aides in establishing connections for these DAS frameworks

Green and clean environment across the globe is very much essential for the health of the nature. Unfortunately different kinds of pollution are affecting the quality of the environment around us. This review paper is mainly dealing with " Air pollution " , which is a very sensitive issue in developing and developed countries and is directly affecting the human health and disturbs the biological balance of mother earth. Here our aim is to develop a system which will detect maximum air pollutants and which is highly responsive, accurate and low cost and low power consuming. Keywords— Semiconductor sensors, IEEE 802.15.4 standard, Micro controller, Lab VIEW (GUI)

— Underwater image de-noising and enhancement is necessary because of underwater image with low signal to noise ratio, low contrast, and poor image quality, due to that pre-processing is necessary before applying wavelet de-noising. Proposed algorithms used Adaptive wavelet combining adaptive threshold selection with adaptive output of the threshold function for image de-noising and CLAHE for enhancement of de-noised image. Finally the output shows that the proposed method removes noise effectively, also improves Peak Signal to Noise Ratio and better visual appearance, wavelet de-noising with enhancement gives desirable results in terms of Peak Signal to Noise Ratio Due to the advantages of its low entropy, multi-resolution characteristics, removing the correlation and choosing base flexibility, wavelet de-noising method more and more attracts people's attention.

In this article, an evolutionary algorithm known as Genetic Programming (GP) was used to design a parametric speech quality estimation model. Nowadays, GP is one of the machine learning techniques employed in a quality estimation process. In principle, the set of quality-affecting parameters was used as an input to the designed estimation model based on GP approach in order to estimate a quality of synthesized speech transmitted over IP channel (VoIP environment). The performance results obtained by the designed estimation model have confirmed the good properties of genetic programming, namely good accuracy and generalization ability; this makes it to be perspective approach to a quality estimation of this type of speech in the corresponding environment. The developed model can be helpful for network operators and service providers implementing it in planning phase or early-development stage of telecommunication services based on synthesized speech.

WebRTC is an open-source platform for real-time communications over the web and has been experiencing widespread adoption in recent years. WebRTC clients employ the technique of time scaling of packets to cope with the impact of network jitter and/or clock skew. A black-box study presented in this paper focuses on two aspects, namely time scale modification behaviour under different packet arrival interval and its impact on the listening quality perceived by the end user. Specifically, we examine the MOS scores predicted by the POLQA speech quality prediction model. Our tests involve both iSAC and Opus codecs, two of the widely used WebRTC codecs. In the experiment, a speech file played from one client, is directed through a network simulation before reaching the receiving client. Our results surprisingly show that the extent of time scaling is consistently higher for Opus producing shorter speech files. Regarding the consequent impact on quality, we also find that there are many cases where POLQA is reporting MOS predictions that contradict expert listener assessments.

This paper deals with an analysis of internal parameters of the P.563 non-intrusive quality prediction model forming an overall quality prediction of this model in the context of an impact of natural and synthesized speech degraded by packet loss (independent and dependent losses) and speech coding (ITU-T G.711 codec, ITU-T G.729AB codec and iLBC codec). A main aim of this paper is to identify dominant internal parameters of the P.563 model for all the investigated codecs and clp parameters by conducting two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) tests on all internal parameters of the P.563 model. All the identified dominant internal parameters will be further used in an investigation of non-monotonic behavior of the P.563 model predictions in this context, reported for ITU-T G.729AB codec in [6].
