Contemporary approaches to integrating "self" and the "other"—such as multiculturalism, cultural diversity, race relations, inclusiveness strategies, or identity politics—are flawed from the perspective of traditional thought. At their core, modernist ideologies are inimical to and destructive of all human diversity. The new face of antipathy to pluralism is becoming more deceptive as it grows less focused on respecting diversity and more on promoting ideological uniformity and the erection of a global monoculture. This essay argues that it is from a metaphysical perspective that human diversity can be fully understood and can seek to reconcile the dichotomy of "self" and the "other".

The Central African Republic (CAR), one of the poorest countries in Africa, is if anything worse than a failed state: it has become virtually a phantom state, 2 lacking any meaningful institutional capacity at least since the fall of Emperor Bokassa in 1979.The CAR has been formally independent for nearly a half century but its government only gained a first measure of popular legitimacy through free elections in 1993. The democratisation process soon ran aground due to newly manipulated communal divisions between the people living along the river and those of the savannah, which plunged the country into civil war 3. Through a succession of mutinies and rebellions which have produced a permanent crisis, the government has lost its monopoly on the legitimate use of force. Foreign troops mostly contain the violence in the capital, Bangui, but the north is desperate and destitute, and in a state of permanent insecurity 4. In recent years, the CAR has been virtually ungoverned. The government's failure to take political responsibility has led to growing poverty and insecurity as well as financial, humanitarian and security dependence. 5 President Bozizé's ouster was yet another episode in the cycle of crises that occur every ten years in the CAR. After him rebel leader Michel Djotodia suspended the constitution and inaugurated himself as president of the transitional government. Unfortunately the crisis turned to another phase even the CAR's government led by Michel Djotodia was accused of having no control over the rebels who continue marauding. At last Séléka's leader, Michel Djotodia, resigned from the Presidency on January 10, 2014 after significant international pressure. 6 The international community, force of Chad and MISCA made the Séléka disarmed. It led to the ethnic cleansing and the violation of human rights in large scale. Though it started by the two rival groups, Muslim and Christians, it led to a one partial cleansing which reached in a much more difficult situation for the humanity where international community all about in silent or playing a role which must be regarded as a disputed role. Now, the sense of humanity is crying but very little step have been taken by the international community. Long term and short term policy with the urgent cooperation of the displaced people both refugees from CAR and internal displaced are must. If the international community be failed to get proper step within a certain period it would be a bad example of bad epidemic of great massacre of humanity for the Africa as well as the world. Even it would create a vast range of problems in its neighbouring countries.
