Evaluating Turkish Space Policy: Outcome and Impact, Institute of International, European and Defense Analyses, University of Macedonia . This paper presents the cycle of Turkey's Public Space Policy. It examines the recognition of space in the governmental agenda, the policy formulation and decision making, its main actors and its implementation in a space program. It describes the existing satellite programs as well as the next steps that are planned in various domain of space. It will then try to make an evaluation of the outcomes of the Turkish Space Policy and its impact.
