4th Industrial Revolution is dominated with technologies like Internet of Things, 3D printing, Cloud Computing, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Edge Computing, Digital Twin, Blockchain and Virtual Assistants, to name a few. The 2021 EDUCAUSE Horizon Report-Teaching and Learning Edition (published by EDUCAUSE) is a very important report which every year identifies key trends and emerging technologies impacting teaching and learning. The 2021 Horizon Report identifies artificial intelligence, blended and hybrid course models, learning analytics, microcrdentialing, open educational resources and quality online learning are key technologies and practices with great potential in higher education sector.

Prezentowany tekst był opublikowany jako Raport nr 2 Instytutu Automatyki AGH. Stanowi on komplet z Raportem nr 1 zatytułowanym "Sieci neuronowe jako współbieżne i adaptacyjne systemy przetwarzania informacji", który jest w całości udostępniony w tym serwisie Academia.edu. Niestety, tego tutaj raportu nr 2 nie udało się niestety wprowadzić w całości (serwer odrzucał wielokrotnie ponawiane próby), więc udostępniono tutaj tylko początkową część raportu i zawarto w tekście wskazówkę, jak pozyskać (z innego serwera) resztę. Wystarczy jedno kliknięcie!


Warto dodać, że komplet obu wymienionych raportów stanowił pierwszą w Polsce (1991) publikację, informującą, czym są sieci neuronowe i jak ich można używać.

Paper presents text of the lecture given by the author during Chile-Poland scientific meeting entitled Joranda de Ciencia Polaca organizes in Univesidad La Serena (Chile). The lecture was based on neural networks technology, which was used for modelling of selected processes discovered in real brain. Main part of the text is related to learning processes performed in neural network, but discussed in brain theory context.
