TENTANG
GAJI DAN TUNJANGAN
PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH DENGAN PERJANJIAN KERJA

Pasal 2
(1) PPPK diangkat dalam jabatan tertentu untuk melaksanakan tugas jabatan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
(2) PPPK yang diangkat untuk melaksanakan tugas jabatan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) diberikan Gaji yang besarannya didasarkan golpngan dan masa kerja golongan sebagaimana tersebut dalam Lampiran yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Peraturan Presiden ini.
(3) Besaran Gaji PPPK sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) merupakan besaran Gaji sebelum dikenakan pemotongan pajak penghasilan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang pajak penghasilan.

Pasal 3
(1) PPPK dapat diberikan kenaikan Gaji berkala atau kenaikan Gaji istimewa yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
(2) Besaran kenaikan Gaji berkala atau kenaikan Gaji istimewa sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) berdasarkan ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden ini.
(3) Ketentuan kenaikan Gaji berkala atau kenaikan Gaji istimewa sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) diatur lebih lanjut dengan Peraturan Menteri yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang pendayagunaan aparatur negara.

Pasal 4
(1) PPPK yang diangkat untuk melaksanakan tugas jabatan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 2 ayat (1) diberikan tunjangan sesuai dengan tunjangan Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Instansi Pemerintah tempat PPPK bekerja.
(2) Tunjangan PPPK sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) terdiri atas:
a. tunjangan keluarga;
b. tunjangan pangan;
c. tunjangan jabatan struktural;
d. tunjangan jabatan fungsional; atau
e. tunjangan lainnya.
(3) Besaran Tunjangan PPPK sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (2) diberikan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang tunjangan sebagaimana yang berlaku bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil

d. pemberhentian sementara;
e. pengaktifan kembali;
f. kewenangan pemberhentian, pemberhentian sementara, dan pengaktifan kembali;
g. hak kepegawaian bagi PNS yang diberhentikan; dan
h. uang tunggu dan uang pengabdian.

PENGADAAN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL

DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA
MENTERI PENDAYAGUNAAN APARATUR NEGARA
DAN REFORMASI BIROKRASI REPUBLIK INDONESIA,

Menimbang :

a. bahwa untuk mencapai visi dan misi Indonesia maju, mendukung kelancaran tugas dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, meningkatkan kapasitas organisasi, dan mempercepat pencapaian tujuan strategis nasional, membutuhkan penambahan aparatur sipil negara;
b. bahwa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penambahan aparatur sipil negara khususnya Pegawai Negeri Sipil secara nasional dan berkelanjutan, diperlukan kebijakan umum pelaksanaan pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Instansi Pemerintah;
c. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a dan huruf b, serta untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 17 ayat (5) Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2017 tentang Manajemen Pegawai Negeri Sipil sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2017 tentang Manajemen Pegawai Negeri Sipil, perlu menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi tentang Pengadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil;



KETENTUAN PENUTUP

Pasal 63 :

Pada saat Peraturan Menteri ini mulai berlaku:
a. Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 23 Tahun 2019 tentang Kriteria Penetapan Kebutuhan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Pelaksanaan Seleksi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Tahun 2019 (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia tahun 2019 Nomor 1403); dan
b. Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 24 Tahun 2019 tentang Nilai Ambang Batas Seleksi Kompetensi Dasar Pengadaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Tahun 2019 (Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2019 Nomor 1439), dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.

Reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) analysis of a system is helpful in carrying out design modifications, if any, and it is required to achieve minimum failures or to increase mean time between failures (MTBF), and thus it is used to plan maintainability requirements, optimise reliability and maximum equipment availability. To this effect, this paper presents the application of RAM analysis in the process industry. Fuzzy Lambda?Tau methodology is used here to model the system behaviour. Each system components, failure rate and repair time are represented by triangular fuzzy numbers with known spread. The methodology uses Petri nets to model the system instead of fault tree because it allows efficient simultaneous generation of minimal cuts and path sets. Various reliability parameters such as MTBF, expected number of failures (ENOF), reliability, availability, etc. are calculated. The computed results are presented to plant personnel for their performance considerably by adopting and practicing suitable maintenance policies/strategies.

TENTANG MANAJEMEN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL

Beberapa ketentuan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 11 Tahun 2Ol7 tentang Manajemen Pegawai Negeri Sipil (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2017 Nomor 63, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 6037) diubah sebagai berikut:

Is oxytocin the hormone of happiness? Probably not. However, this small nine amino acid peptide is involved in a wide variety of physiological and pathological functions such as sexual activity, penile erection, ejaculation, pregnancy, uterus contraction, milk ejection, maternal behavior, osteoporosis, diabetes, cancer, social bonding, and stress, which makes oxytocin and its receptor potential candidates as targets for drug therapy. In this review, we address the issues of drug design and specificity and focus our discussion on recent findings on oxytocin and its heterotrimeric G protein-coupled receptor OTR. In this regard, we will highlight the following topics: (i) the role of oxytocin in behavior and affectivity, (ii) the relationship between oxytocin and stress with emphasis on the hypothalamo–pituitary–adrenal axis, (iii) the involvement of oxytocin in pain regulation and nociception, (iv) the specific action mechanisms of oxytocin on intracellular Ca2+ in the hypothalamo neurohypophysial system (HNS) cell bodies, (v) newly generated transgenic rats tagged by a visible fluorescent protein to study the physiology of vasopressin and oxytocin, and (vi) the action of the neurohypophysial hormone outside the central nervous system, including the myometrium, heart and peripheral nervous system. As a short nine amino acid peptide, closely related to its partner peptide vasopressin, oxytocin appears to be ideal for the design of agonists and antagonists of its receptor. In addition, not only the hormone itself and its binding to OTR, but also its synthesis, storage and release can be endogenously and exogenously regulated to counteract pathophysiological states. Understanding the fundamental physiopharmacology of the effects of oxytocin is an important and necessary approach for developing a potential pharmacotherapy.

In the present review we summarize observations to date supporting the concept that neuroactive steroids are synthesized in the peripheral nervous system, regulate the physiology of peripheral nerves and exert notable neuroprotective actions. Indeed, neuroactive steroids have been recently proposed as therapies for different types of peripheral neuropathy, like for instance those occurring during aging, chemotherapy, physical injury and diabetes. Moreover, pharmacological tools able to increase the synthesis of neuroactive steroids might represent new interesting therapeutic strategy to be applied in case of peripheral neuropathy.

Demyelination is associated with a number of neurological disorders including multiple sclerosis (MS), spinal cord injury and nerve compression. MS lesions often show axon loss and therefore reparative therapeutic goals include remyelination and neuroprotection of vulnerable axons. Experimental cellular transplantation has proven successful in a number of demyelination and injury models to remyelinate and improve functional outcome. Here we discuss the remyelination and neuroprotective potential of several myelin-forming cells types and their behavior in different demyelination and injury models. Better understanding of these models and current cell-based strategies for remyelination and neuroprotection offer exciting opportunities to develop strategies for clinical studies.

This review seeks to give an overview of the current approaches to drug delivery from scaffolds for neural tissue engineering applications. The challenges presented by attempting to replicate the three types of nervous tissue (brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerve) are summarized. Potential scaffold materials (both synthetic and natural) and target drugs are discussed with the benefits and drawbacks given. Finally, common methods of drug delivery, including degradable/diffusion-based delivery systems, affinity-based delivery systems, immobilized drug delivery systems, and electrically controlled drug delivery systems, are examined and critiqued. Based on the current body of work, suggestions for future directions of research in the field of neural tissue engineering are presented.
