Introduction. Diabetes mellitus remains one of the most complex disorders worldwide impacting Quality of life (QOL). Because of the chronic nature of diabetes, the goal of medical treatment and lifestyle modifications. is not only to prolong life but also to maintain a high level of QOL The aims of the present study are ; (i) to assess the QOL and glycemic control (GC) among diabetic patients at king Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC), KSA, and (ii) to determine the significant predictors of QOL and GC.
