The purpose of this research was: 1) construct and examining the quality of SQ4R Model on Online Social Network to the Reading Culture Promotion 2) to study the results of SQ4R Model on Online Social Network to the Reading Culture Promotion, and 3) to study the satisfaction of the students learning with of SQ4R Model on Online Social Network to the Reading Culture Promotion. The sample group consisted of 38 undergraduate students of Technology Education and Computer Education, the Faculty of Education, Naresuan University. Promotion composed four parts were presented as follows: (1) Orientation of the Model (2) The Process of Learning Model (3) Application and (4) Instructional and Nurturant Effects. 2) The students had posttest of Culture Reading through SQ4R Model on Online Social Networks to the Reading Culture Promotion was higher than pretest at the .05 level of significant. 3) The students were very satisfied with learning from SQ4R Model on Online Social Networks to the Reading Culture Promotion.
