RESUMEN Se hace un estudio sobre la utilización del trabajo por proyectos con los estudiantes en la Sede Universitaria Municipal (SUM) para responder a la necesidad de introducción de los resultados científicos para solucionar problemas productivos en las Empresas Agropecuarias del municipio Camajuaní. Se profundiza en el enfoque del diagnóstico estratégico como proceso emprendido con el fin de servir de guía para la toma de decisiones, solucionar los proble-mas detectados y promover el mejoramiento de la calidad del proceso formati-vo. El proceso de innovación tecnológica debe ser primero de carácter interno, realizando un proceso de diagnóstico institucional adaptado a los propósitos de la institución y al mismo tiempo de carácter externo, a realizarse con la selección e introducción de los Resultados Científicos que aseguren la solución de los principales problemas productivos en las Empresas Agropecuarias que se detectaron en el diagnóstico estratégico.

A study is made on the use of the Work by Projects with the students in the Municipal University Headquarters (SUM) to respond to the necessity of introduction of the scientific results to solve productive problems in the Agricultural Companies of the municipality Camajuaní. It is deepened in the focus of the strategic diagnosis as process undertaken with the purpose of serving as guide for the taking of decisions, to solve the detected problems and to promote the improvement of the quality of the formative process. The process of technological innovation should be first of internal character, carrying out a process of institutional diagnostic adapted to the purposes of the institution and at the same time of external character, to be carried out with the selection and introduction of the scientific results that assure the solution of the main productive problems in the Agricultural Companies that were detected in the strategic diagnosis.

This paper proposed design and implementation of full adder cell which is efficient in terms of both speed and energy consumption which becomes even more significant as the world length of the adder increases. We are introducing adders for low power imprecise applications. In this we propose a full adder design having low complexity, higher computing speed, lower energy consumption, and lower operating voltage. We will explain how to realize a general full adder circuit based on transistor using CMOS technology. The performance of the proposed full adder is evaluated by the comparison of the simulation result. In this system, not signals are generated internally that control the selection of the output multiplexers. Instead, the input signal, exhibiting a full voltage swing and no extra delay, is used to drive the multiplexers, reducing the overall propagation delays. The capacitive load for the input has been reduced, as it is connected only to some transistor gates and some drain or source terminals. The design a full adder having low complexity, higher computing speed, lower energy consumption, and lower operating voltage. Full Adder models to make it understandable for designer. We are giving high throughput with less complex system by showing synthesizable and simulated results.

In this paper, we introduce the U -function on N, the set of natural numbers. U (k,n), for positive integers k, n with k ≤ n and n ≥ 3, counts the number of unavoidable sets of size k which are subsets of {1, 2,...,n} ,w here the notion of avoidability is defined below. We use some straightforward observa- tions as well as the results of Shan, Zhu, Dumitriu, and Develin to observe that U (1,n )= U (2,n) = 0 for all n, and to give a recursive formula for U (3,n). Fur- ther, we provide nontrivial lower bounds for U (k,n )f ork ≥ 4. We conclude by giving conditions under which r-step sequences, defined in the text, are avoidable.

Uncertainty querying of large data can be solved by providing top-k answers according to a user fuzzy ranking/scoring function. Usually different users have different fuzzy scoring function – a user preference model. Main goal of this paper is to assign a user a preference model automatically. To achieve this we decompose user’s fuzzy ranking function to ordering of particular attributes and to a combination function. To solve the problem of automatic assignment of user model we design two algorithms, one for learning user preference on particular attribute and second for learning the combination function. Methods were integrated into a Fagin-like top-k querying system with some new heuristics and tested.
