Loft vacation rentals in Italy

This is a wonderful apartment in the perfect location. In the evening, the old town begins to empty out, leaving the narrow streets almost to yourself, which we really enjoyed. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the bed is very comfortable. The easy check-in and check-out process, along with a friendly host, rounded off this fantastic experience.

We loved our stay at Massimos place! It’s such an inspiring place with lots of art and unique and cool decorations. The location is very convenient and we explored most of Rome by foot. We’d definitely stay here again on our next Rome trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo! Andrea made it extra special by always being available, providing extremely detailed information about the unit and its amenities, and I feel he really went above and beyond helping us navigate the buses and transportation situation. He was AWESOME! We opted to not have a car so using a taxi/driver or the bus was the best option for getting to and from Varenna. I do see how a car allows you to come and go as you please, however the road up the mountain is no joke so we preferred taking transport. Taxis can be hard to arrange at times due to limited availability and they book up, but once you get the hang of the bus system, it’s easy and drops you just moments from the unit. Andrea also provided delivery food options which we also utilized and we walked down to the store in Perledo for provisions. Andrea also gives a route for walking where you’re not on the main road which could be quite dangerous. Andrea was the best!

It was a two-night stay in Florence, and you have to walk a bit from the central station, but it's perfect for walking to tourist attractions such as the nearby cathedral! There were many restaurants nearby, so I didn't have to worry about restaurants, and I thought the alleyway was a little cramped, but there were a lot of street lights, so it wasn't scary at all. The 🫣 host was really kind, the feedback was quick, and it was so nice to feel the family home! I stayed with two people and it was really spacious! I liked my trip to Florence the best part of my week trip to Italy and it was more enjoyable because of the good accommodation 🥹

My husband and I enjoyed staying here during our trip to Florence. It was an easy walk to most places and the space was cozy. The only down side we found was that my husband had to bend down when coming up the stairs to the bed because at about 6” tall his head did hit part of the ceiling.

This was such an amazing Air BNB! It had everything we needed plus a wonderful view. We loved the swivel door to the balcony! It was very peaceful and within walking distance to all of our destinations.

We absolutely loved our stay at Emanuele’s home. The view is absolutely breathtaking - the pictures don’t even do it justice! We were very lucky with clear, bright weather in mid-October to really enjoy the view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you’d need for a short stay - comfy bed, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, tv etc. and Emanuele is very responsive. Make sure to watch the (v helpful!) check-in video before you arrive as it would be hard to find the apartment without doing so. Parking is easy. I would say I wouldn’t recommend this place without a car (unless you’re happy to wait for buses/book taxis). It’s very high up so walking home from Varenna would be a challenge. Great location if you’re happy to drive though. I would 100% recommend this place!

Our stay at Piero’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and while the pictures look amazing, it’s even better in person. The location couldn’t be more perfect—right by the canal and just a 20-minute walk from Santa Lucia train station. Everything was spotless, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Piero was an outstanding host, offering excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and bars, which are only a 2-minute walk away. This was definitely a highlight of our two-week trip through Europe, and probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!

Our stay with Fede was amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and customized to us. It exceed our expectations! We will absolutely stay here again. The host was friendly and communicative. She helped us with local recommendations and paths of travel throughout the city. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb. You’ll be satisfied during this stay — with the apartment and the incredible host!

Andrea's place was a great central location for exploring all the must see items in Rome. Very comfortable and quiet while also being immediately next to a bunch of food locations and a great cafe around the corner. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to explore Rome! We walked everywhere but it also has very easy access to the metro.

The location was unique and beautiful with a view of the Seven Churches and a stunning piazza. The apartment was modern while still retaining the old world charm and beauty. Hosts were extremely helpful, kind and responsive. Bologna is lovely and this apartment is in a great location. Slight noise from the piazza if you are a light sleeper, but overall didn't bother us. Loved the apartment.

Maria greeted us upon arrival and showed us how to get in and out of the property, where everything was located in the Airbnb, and also showed us a binder which included instruction manuals for all appliances, maps, WiFi password and more. We found all this to be kind and very helpful. She also left us treats including delicious limoncello, candies, juice, water bottles and coffee. Maria thought of everything her guests might need and her airbnb was equipped with everything from a yoga mat, to laundry detergent, lint roller, hair dryer, toiletries, and more. The Airbnb was very modern and very clean (with a comfortable bed)and within walking distance to great restaurants and cafes, as well as some major sites. The area seemed very safe and trendy. We were able to walk to the Airbnb from Palermo Centrale train station in about 10 minutes. The building had a modern elevator that quickly moved us up to our floor. Highly recommend this airbnb!

This loft is convenient and tastefully decorated! It was so spacious and included everything that was needed for our stay. Loved the vibe and made us feel right at home!

Serenas place is beautiful and just as described. It was our favorite place in all of Italy. Great location and views! If you have a chance to stay do it! Lots of stairs but we knew that and it really wasn't an issue. And the bathtub was wonderful after walking all day. Thank you Serena

Location, location, location. Perfect place in the heart of Torino. Great restaurants and local attractions minutes away. Be sure to read completely and understand the “process” for entering the building, elevator and apartment. Super comfortable bed!! Highly recommend this gem of a location and will stay again when in Torino.

The accommodation is impeccable, from the outside you would not say it but as soon as the door of the apartment opens a beautiful penthouse: new, bright and perfectly isolated and air-conditioned. The kitchen has cooking essentials, as well as a comfortable capsule coffee machine, unfortunately a little uncomfortable for tall people. The living room attached to the kitchen is modern and minimal, the smart TV does its job. The bedrooms, both air-conditioned, are illuminated by skylights and each have a closet to store clothes. The bathroom is spacious as well as the shower, there is also a new washing machine! The best thing, however, is the location, in just a few minutes walk you can reach the promenade of Vasto Marina (and the comfortable neighboring shops) as well as the center of Vasto, always there nearby and convenient to reach by car. Basically, we had a great time, a huge thank you to the host, Serena, for their availability.

My stay at Andrea was perfect. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful. When I was arriving late in the evening he picked me up from the train station and even drove me to the next supermarket so I could get some food for the first night. Other than that he was always responding to my messages, giving me recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment is very bright, newly renovated, has everything you need and very spacious. All in all just a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

Perfect location and very atmosperical, a nice view to the historic part of the town and the landscape. To reach the bed you need to climb up wooden stais, the other is a kanape bed that can be opened. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There are some snacks and basic food prepared for you. The bathroom is a bit tight. The flat has even got a washing machine. We had a nice time there

Great apartment with kitchen on ortigia island. Elisa was very kind and understanding about my arrival time, and also allowed me to check out when I could check in at my next reservation. the location is in the historic center, walk the whole island, great food. get a bus to the big archeological site and museum. enjoy walking the seaside, or go swimming. I booked with Erika for 5 nights. The location is great, with one step out of the house you are already in the middle of the action. (I also found a free parking spot nearby). Erika was super friendly and the same as a friend. She gave super many tips but also left space. I would definitely recommend the place to Erika and look forward to coming back soon. Very good stay on the island of La Maddalena, the apartment is in a quiet place, and everything is quite close, nevertheless a vehicle is necessary to circulate everywhere on the island and on the neighboring island of Caprera. The terrace is in the sun at noon and in the afternoon, it was not inconvenient for us as we were at the beach at these times. Pleasant terrace for breakfast and dinner. Paola was very welcoming and friendly and gave us good directions.
