Beppu Hatto Onyado Nono Beppu is set in Beppu, 20 km from Resonac Dome Oita and 12 km from Oita Station. With a restaurant, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. It was so clean! All of the amenities were so great! The 8 different private onsens are amazing, but a bit too small for more than 3 people. The public bath is really clean, the water is pristine.

Situated in Yufu, 46 km from Resonac Dome Oita, Yufuin Monday 湯布院マンデー features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This is THE best place in Yufuin. It was really easy to check in. Yes it's a bit further away from the city centre which makes it a bit more difficult to get to if you don't have a car (you can walk it or take a taxi up there) but it has the most epic view of the mountain. There are two onsens that everyone at the hotel can use, but they are effectively private as once you are in them you lock the door and you can have them to yourselves. The water is fantastic. Refreshing and makes you feel very relaxed. I would stay here at the drop of a hat again. Also make sure you walk up to Oogosha shrine (only 5 mins away) where you can get the experience of visiting a HUGE cedar tree temple and a bamboo forest that is 10x better than Arashiyama.

Kitakyushun nähtävyys oli Kokuran linna lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä hotellista. Hintataso Kitakyushussa ole selvästi Fukuokaa edullisempi. Ostosmahdollisuuksia oli yllin kyllin. Hotellin yhteydessä oli useita ruokapaikkoja, joita käytimme.

I went to Fukuoka to practice karate there but I fell in love with the beautiful city! I loved the sea and easy subway system (only few lines so it's easy to navigate). Also a short distance from other parts of Kyushu by train. Shopping in different malls was great and Canal City was very interesting place to visit. Tenmangu's Shrine is a must visit and tonkotsu raamen was delicious. Definitely will visit again!
