What was the best part about using Zoho CRM?
If you are looking for customization options, then this is the tool for you. It has top notch reporting abilities, which allow you to make the call on data. The mobile version is very functional, and user-friendly. I would have to say the dashboard is well designed, and simplistic. Overall, all the features are strength forward, and you can easily make changes to any of the workflow options. Most interfaces do not give you many options when it comes to the mobile app, but this one does. If you are looking for a software to streamline your work flow, this is the one.
What would you change about your experience with Zoho CRM?
The email portion of this software is not as user friendly as other parts of the software. I am having a difficult time setting up accounts, and receiving my emails on this interface. I have looked for online help, but came up empty handed. I gave customer service a call and they were less than helpful, so I have not integrated my email into this software. Eventually, I hope to but I don’t have time to mess with it. Other than that the software is very clean and easy to use.
Overall Feedback
This is near perfect, as it lets you customize most of the interface. I have used many different types of CRM software, and this one is by far the best. I am happy that I can manage all my work in one place, as it has increased satisfaction with my customers, and allowed me to train my employees more efficiently. I give this software two thumbs up.
