Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10.00 flat rate shipping for all orders under $75.00. 

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $75.00

All orders that are shipped will be shipped by Best Way. Best way will be the most efficient option we have available based on the size of your order. Once your order has shipped we will send you a tracking number for your order and notify you of which shipper we have used for your order.

Local delivery
Local delivery is available for orders over $25.00 within 15 miles of our location. There is a $10.00 non refundable delivery charge.

Deliveries times will vary and we will schedule your delivery upon reciept of your order. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day and time of our arrival. 

Curbside pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a short period of time. We will schedule your time. We will send you an email or text when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our curbside pickup hours are [10 AM to 7 PM]. All pickup times will be scheduled in advance. We need time to pick your order from available stock. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping
We do NOT offer international shipping at this time. We only ship to the lower 48 states of USA

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by filling out the contact form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Since we ship best way we can and will ship to all PO Boxes in the lower 48 states of the USA

Refunds, returns, and exchanges re outline on this website

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please refer to our refund policy on this website.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible by filling out the contact us form on this website with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
