Picture this… You wake up and immediately reach for your phone. You start scrolling through social media, bleary-eyed and lying in bed (hello, comparison and anxiety). You check your emails (hello, stress), read messages from friends and family (hello, overwhelm) and you review your calendar for the day (hello, nerves). A million thoughts are now racing through your mind – and you’ve only been awake for three minutes!
So you rush to the bathroom. You do your business in a hurry (hello, compromised digestion). You consider exercising, but tell yourself there’s no time. Or you throw yourself into an intense workout and hate it.
You make breakfast, but only if you have time and there’s food in the fridge. And you eat on the move (hello, indigestion!).
The reason for all this rushing is simple… you have too much to do!
