SCENT OF SPRING

At long last summer weather arrived. I had become somewhat euphoric, hungry for sun and warmth and even hungrier for blossoms and fresh, green, growing things – and travelling to experience them. For this reason, I was grabbed by the words of the editor – ‘Go hug a tree’ (September 2019).
