CABBAGE
Cabbage is a leafy vegetable that belongs to the family, so it’s closely related to broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. The most common cultivar groups are green (most commonly light to dark green), Savoy (crimped or curly leaves, a mild flavour and a tender texture), red (with smooth red or purple leaves)
