IBS TRIGGERS YOU DIDN’T KNOW

While the end of lockdown restrictions couldn’t have come soon enough for most of us, for the 12 million people in the UK* with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), going out to socialise, eat and drink without limitations may be tinged with trepidation.
