BEEF CHILLI CON CARNE

2kg beef chuck steak, trimmed, cut into 3cm pieces
2 large onions, coarsely chopped
35g sachet chilli seasoning
3 tsps ground coriander
⅓ cup tomato paste
2 x 400g cans red kidney beans
400g can crushed tomatoes
1 cup fresh coriander leaves, plus extra to garnish
Steamed rice, sour cream, smashed avocado and tortilla strips, to serve
1 Place beef steak, onions, seasoning, ground coriander, tomato paste, drained and rinsed kidney beans and crushed tomatoes in a removable bowl of a 5 to 6-litre slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cover with lid.
Cook on the LOW setting for about 7 hours,
