She has a master’s in inner-city education from Northeastern Illinois University and a PhD in counseling. She has reversed her many symptoms of multiple sclerosis, including partial blindness and limb paralysis. She now jogs more than four miles a day and is off of all medications with prompting of her doctors.
She was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis approximately twenty years ago. She tried many different claims from Kombucha tea to certain nutritionists. Nothing worked until she saw her mother passing away. She decided to give her mother the biggest sendoff —by getting off her medications.
She managed her stress and incorporated reasonable exercise and diet changes.
These recipes are what she drinks every day in lieu of her injectable medication.
Could it be that simple? For Valerie, it was!view less
