Her works for children were begun while obtaining her Masters Degree in Education from The College of New Jersey. In this same time period she wrote and developed the curriculum for the pre-first class in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This became the model for classes across the state.
Until now her writing for the adult audience has consisted of magazine articles dealing with a variety of topics.
The past eight years found the author filling a new role, caregiver for her husband of fifty years following a catastrophic stroke.
Upon his death, searching for comfort, she found solace in writing through her grief. The result is a collection of free form poems dealing with the steps of grieving and finding the road to recovery.
Now living in a small town in Southern New Jersey she couples her writing with her hobby of photography.view less
